The music was playing far too loudly, which meant the employee had to shout and the customers were also speaking loudly\. It completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere I was hoping for while enjoying my ice cream\.
Some relaxing background music would have been ideal, but the excessive noise made the experience unpleasant\.“

“I tried the Philly cheesesteak, seasoned classic fried and cheesecake. My god was it good. I was visiting from london 🇬🇧, the cheesesteak was so hot, soft and fresh. The bbq sauce dip is a an absolute must! The fries were so damn good, way better than any of the spots I’ve eaten. And the cheesesteak, I’ve had cheesesteak from the cheesecake factory and from bakeries, this was the best! And for $3.99 I’m so happy with the pricing can’t complain. Will absolutely come again. Thank you for lady who served me at the till!“

“The bad reviews are crazy, this place is great! Their matcha treats actually have a lot of flavor (the same can't be said about a lot of other places that sell matcha haha). Service is fast and the prices are relatively fair for what they sell. There's tons of people but that's Mitsuwa's problem with their lack of space. Haven't been disappointed once, keep up the good work!

“I was there during a random power outtage a few weeks back and the whole staff was friendly and attentive while their machines were down. The young lady cashier was super kind and accommodated me with a gift card for the wait. Robert, one of the managers, went out of his way for a week to help me get my payments back.“

“OK, idk why they have a low score, but this was my first time at this location and it went very well. Greeted upon arrival, helpful, willing to allow me to mix things up on a signature dessert, ice cream was delicious and loaded with my toppings. Very good!
