“It’s not often I’m blown away by a place, but this place has done it. Famous Donuts is in a simple strip mall with very humble storefront, but by golly do they have the best donuts around!! For those who like classic, FRESH, quality donuts, this is the place. The owner is just fabulous too- so friendly and generous as well. I will make the drive from Irvine to Costa Mesa just for these. See you this weekend!! ????????????“

“The donuts here are amazingly delicious. They are light airy and have a very sweet and tasty icing on them. I love the Maple bar. Their chocolate bar is also equally amazing. They also have breakfast. Sandwiches like a bacon, egg and cheese on either a bagel or a croissant and they have fresh squeezed orange. Juice, it is amazing. I highly recommend you come here and the prices are really good.“
“These actually might be some of the best donuts I’ve ever had. They’re perfectly light and crispy and fluffy. The icing is also the perfect amount of sweetness to balance. I usually can’t even get out of the parking lot before finishing their donuts and cannot stop thinking about them for days on end after I get one.“
