I was also here August 13 and August 18. On August 13, I came in at 10:25 PM after watching a 7PM movie and I had no idea that the dining area closes at 10:30 PM anyways, the security informed me nicely that the dining area will close in 5 minutes. I forgot to ask his name, but he was very compassionate and said it in a very calm and professional manner. He didn't kick me out and act as if he owned Mc Donald's. There were so many security Ive encountered who were that way.

On August 18, the person who helped me was the manager. I forgot to ask her name, but she was also kind and delivered a great service. I think the people here are amazing, and they deliver great service because they have a leader who leads by example.

Thank you all for your service. I appreciate you all and rest assured that I will continue to support this amazing store. It's on the small side but the service they provide is huge. <3“

“This is our go to flame broiler. Pretty sure I just met the owner pulling a shift. I 100% respect that. Food is always consistent and good. I've never had a bad meal here. Who I'm pretty sure is the owner, was very kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be back next time we feel like some flame broiler.“

“The service is extremely slow (-1 star). I felt like the lady was moving in slow motion as she made my sandwich, and 2 other people who looked like they were melting as they waited for 10+ minutes. However, the sandwich was good, and I only paid 75c for a full avocado on my sandwich. It's a good value place and I will eventually return again.“

“I’ve Never found a place better than Arsenio’s when it comes to their plates. I came for the carne asada burrito X2 + beans & rice and FREE SODA. I upgraded for the Jamaica. My burrito was delicious from the first bite to the very last. I also have 1 burrito left for tomorrow! I brought along a friend who enjoyed a grilled chicken Chimichanga. “Delicious food, occasional specials, something for everyone! Great pozole, machaca breakfast burrito, dinner plates, taquitos with Guac. We've been going for years!“

“I was there during a random power outtage a few weeks back and the whole staff was friendly and attentive while their machines were down. The young lady cashier was super kind and accommodated me with a gift card for the wait. Robert, one of the managers, went out of his way for a week to help me get my payments back.“

You can really tell that the manager keeps everything well organized and running smoothly. Orders are handled quickly and correctly, which makes the whole experience stress free and enjoyable.“

Burger customizations are usually correct although asking for extra ingredients sometimes is not followed and I have to go up to the counter and have them give me the extras I ordered. They are usually busy enough that fries are constantly being made so they are served fresh when you order.“
