The employee taking my husband’s order displayed an impatient attitude towards him while he was ordering, and so did the cashier later, when we received our order and he was checking that everything was there.We also found an empty jalapeño popper, just the shell!The overall experience was unsatisfactory, I hope they improve their costumer service and quality control.
Sofia at this location off Newport Blvd was amazing with service and patience with me and my crazed group of friends and family. Thanking you for taking the time and handling our entire transaction with a great smile and twinkle in ya eye. I live locally and will be incorporating carls into my weekly meals thanks to Sofia and the cooks in the back. Give ''em some love too!
