This location is mismanaged and doesn’t fall in line with other Carl’s Jr restaurants. Key indicators: unsanitary conditions, untrained staff lacking supervision, terrible preparation of menu items. In essence, it feels like a location one would find in South Los Angeles, not Newport.

Hot and nicely salted.Dining room was nice and quiet.Mop equipment was left out, must had a spill from earlier.Restaurant was clean, but it just needed a light sweep under some of the tables.Restrooms were constantly used.Parking lot is clean but a pothole seems to be growing from the recent rain near the driveway.Moderate parking. The best Carl’s jr in Costa Mesa, plain and simple. Service is great. Food is always served fresh and fast. This restaurant is the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.

I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I used the drive thru service and was advised to pull around front while they make my order which I didn’t mind. However, when I got home the burgers were completely inedible; the buns were drenched in sauce to the point the hun was soggy, the bun also appeared to have finger marks. I tried calling the location to reconcile the issue but they don’t have a valid phone number on their google page? Atleast the one above does not go through. Overall I’m not happy with my experience and dissatisfied that I paid for something that I couldn’t eat.
