We were in the middle of ordering when another customer pushed in front of us to tell the cashier Delaney that her order was wrong. “I can't say enough good things about this place. I heard about it over a year ago but have never been able to make it here during one of my trips but this time, I made a point to stay an extra day so I could carve out some time and take this off my list. I got there on a Sunday before they opened and was first in line, I had time to look at their menu board and decide on which character I was going to get. I was like a little kid, waiting with anticipation and excitement! When they finally opened their doors, everything flowed smoothly and efficiently...you ordered, you paid and then they call you so you can watch your cotton candy masterpiece being created. It truely is an art! After mine was done, i waited for the 3 girls in back of me to get theirs done too, had to see what characters they got and I am glad I did. This pace is fun for all ages and I will be sure to add it to my list of things to do for my clients since I am a travel agent and I sent lots of families to Disneyland, so this is almost a must. I think the price is right at like 19.99. I got the unicorn and it was HUGE!!! I thought this would be a one and done type place for me but nope. ...I want to come back everytime I come to town and experience something new...oh and they sell ice cream too. Fun fun fun“

Every employee here shows the same care and attention to the orders, but you are in for a treat if your scooper has some unique and creative makeup!

Kid-friendliness: It's like going to Disneyland when I bring my kids with me. Since they were barely able to speak, now in high school the employees here make us all feel appreciated and will chat while they design their frozen creations.

“Good yogurt! The employees serve you from behind plexiglass barriers. You can't get your own yogurt or toppings right now. They seem a little stressed sometimes, especially if you show up in a group, but they're nice people. They will not let you use the bathroom, but sometimes it's unlocked.“

I come to this place quite frequently for their ice cream sandwiches and pints and the staff is always friendly, especially the couple who own it (I think they do anyways).

“This is my to go place when it comes to Froyo. They have several good flavors and lots of yummy toppings. My 4 stars today are because of the service. The lady who checked us out today decided to help 2 parties at once. It's not like it was super busy. It was just us and the other family of 3. She just gave the total and asked to insert payment while she kept chatting with the other family. I waited for a minute and then had to reach for spoons and lids. I did not hear an apology from her for not finishing our transaction or got a thank you. I felt ignored, which made me regret the fact that I left a tip. The Double Chocolate flavor is for sure the best chocolate flavored Gelato in the whole state of California; not to mention it’s totally authentic too!
