“Rally tasty ( 5 star for food) but 3 star to team members timeline. I am really disappointed with your timeline of making things on time.

I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

I usually order through the Equinox app, and my drinks are always ready right on time. Highly recommend the Power Shred. Also like Muscle Up (higher calories) and The Ultimate (n the sweeter side).“

“I got the pork belly larb which was very flavorful and yummy. It was a bit pricey, but the portion size was big enough to split into two meals. Strawberry matcha latte was $6, but there is also a slightly different strawberry matcha latte that was $8, so be sure to clarify which version you want. Free chocolate chip cookies, muffins, and nut mix was very nice.“

“After a workout I had to try to toxic flesh it was extremely delicious but I got it without ice I think ice might be better if you’re somebody that likes a freshness feel to it. Me? I enjoy room temperature goodness because I like to drink it all at once and let me tell you this tasted delicious the staff was incredibly friendly the girl behind the register it was a lot of fun and the guy that made my juice was really really thorough. These types of drinks it makes it well worth it to enjoy the rewards program and they have an app that you can download easily with a QR code come by and try them out I certainly enjoyed it!“

“Met up with my girlfriend for an early morning breakfast at Sweet Elle Café before she headed to work on a Saturday. The café is super cute inside, creating a lovely atmosphere to start the day.

Food and Drink Highlights
I ordered the lox bagel with everything, and it was fantastic. They were unfortunately out of one of the key ingredients for the seasonal drink, so I opted for an iced vanilla latte. It was delicious, and I appreciated the option to customize it with different types of milk--though I stuck to the original. My friend got a breakfast bowl featuring their homemade in-house jam, which I tasted and found to be delightful, she got one of their other seasonal drinks, hot, which I tasted, and that was great too!
Overall the café has a charming interior and patio with a welcoming vibe.I love that they are pet-friendly, adding to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more of their breakfast options.

“I tend to be very picky when it comes to açaí, especially where the base is concerned. The employees were very understanding and patient with me as I struggled to make a decision and choose a liquid base to blend with the açaí. They said not to get it with water, which I, unfortunately, did. As they said, the base could have been better. I still enjoyed it though, as the fresh fruit and granola compensated for my choice of base. A nice spot after a long day at the beach.“
