“After a workout I had to try to toxic flesh it was extremely delicious but I got it without ice I think ice might be better if you’re somebody that likes a freshness feel to it. Me? I enjoy room temperature goodness because I like to drink it all at once and let me tell you this tasted delicious the staff was incredibly friendly the girl behind the register it was a lot of fun and the guy that made my juice was really really thorough. These types of drinks it makes it well worth it to enjoy the rewards program and they have an app that you can download easily with a QR code come by and try them out I certainly enjoyed it!“

The ingredients, protein, and recipes are all high quality, and the team is genuinely warm, hospitable, and super knowledgeable with their recommendations. I usually order through the Equinox app, and my drinks are always ready right on time. Highly recommend the Power Shred. Also like Muscle Up (higher calories) and The Ultimate (n the sweeter side).“

“Rally tasty ( 5 star for food) but 3 star to team members timeline. I am really disappointed with your timeline of making things on time.

I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

“We went to the Newport Beach location a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ordering an acai bowl. The staff was very helpful and patient when I was building my bowl. Overall, from the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was extremely friendly and nice.“

“Delicious food and smoothies! I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was the best I’ve found. The honey mustard salad dressing on my green salad was amazing. My husband was actually adding it to his chicken sandwich. We enjoyed the vegetable split pea soup down to the last drop. This lovely little restaurant has a very friendly vibe and we could hear repeat customers engaging the owner in conversation and laughter. We plan to become repeat customers too.“

“I tried the pastrami and roast beef sandwiches and loved them. For dessert I had my favorite which is apple fritter and was very pleased. Washed all of that down with a passion fruit tea to end a very satisfying meal. The owner and his family are lovely people and I very much enjoyed their company.“

My boyfriend and I sadly moved away and have been trying jamba juice, other juice it ups and various other places and nothing compares to the way those 2 makes our favorite things. I always get an acai bowl and he always gets a 50/50 and they are the only ones who can make it correctly. “I'm sitting outside of Jan's writing this after two days of lunch here. I LOVE this place! I moved away from HB but come here every visit. I used to eat here when it was just a window in a surf shop. Their food is fresh, tasty, healthy, and comforting! The people are very cool! Their fruit bowl actually tastes like each individual fruit and, again, is fresh and tasty. I highly recommend Jan's!!“

She even played into our humor which most servers would probably be annoyed with because if you have worked in the biz, you know when 8 ladies walk into the restaurant, it’s gonna be a treat.
