“Rally tasty ( 5 star for food) but 3 star to team members timeline. I am really disappointed with your timeline of making things on time.

I specifically place orders with you online 20-30 minutes in advance before I come so i dont need to stand in line and yet when I arrive the person hasnt even at times started my order yet.
The reason I was given on the delay this time is because your staff needs to serve people in the store first and only then serve online orders. Please explain to me how is that the customer who just spent money with you 30 ago gets served after the customer who just arrived to you place?

If the management is reading this. Please understand that this isn't a one time situation (this is maybe 6th time this happened) and I hate leaving bad reviews but when it is a permanent situation obviously the staff needs to be trained to make orders in order they arrive and not serve customers who paid 20-30 minutes ago once they arrive to the store.

“This is my all time FAVORITE poke spot to go to. I go at least once a month and the quality is amazing! Not only are the workes super friendly, but they serve big portions and keep the produce fresh. I would 10/10 reccomend this spot to someone looking for the best poke every!“

“I visit Movita several times a week, and the ingredients are always fresh. The location is clean, and the team is consistently friendly and fast. I’m so happy we finally have a great smoothie spot locally because I no longer have to drive to another city to enjoy fresh, healthy smoothies. Highly recommend!“

Fresh ingredients and they stack this baby up! I always get a bit of the pur-berry base as well just because I love a blend of berries. Definitely on the more affordable side for what you get! Unlimited toppings. $16 and change for the large 24oz.“
