“What a fun surprise to discover this delicious treat in Huntington Beach! My kids used to take me to the Apopka, Florida location and I knew everything was the best.

And this location lived up top those expectations. There was a woman and her kids in front of me, and the scooper was so kind to them, and had a lovely conversation with the mom. He didn't need to, but he genuinely seemed interested and treated them as the most important customers, which I loved watching.

Of course the ice cream was delicious, but hard to choose what to choose. I went with three scoops so I didn't have to!

Nothing but great things to say about this location - wish they had one closer to me, but I will search them out on my travels.“

“This location on Springdale and Warner is my new go to for Birthday cakes! I’ve been to another BR and the service and quality was terrible! I highly recommend ordering from this location bc the options are many and the customer service was amazing! I was treated as if I was purchasing something much more expensive. The price was affordable and the family loved the cake. The decorating was also exactly what we wanted! They were very helpful with their recommendations as well! “Poul’s Bakery took our breath away , we couldn’t believe the cake we have taken pictures from we have searched the internet images and sent it to her the custom cake we wanted , and not only she made the identical one ,the taste was so delicious actually finished the entire slice, it’s rare for me to eat the whole slice, as many cakes are made with to much sugar , it overwhelms to entire cakes other ingredients, this was so perfectly balanced ,and l asked for second , so did few guests , we as host wished we ordered the bigger size , we don’t like the buttercream topping due to its excessive sugar , we ordered her soexisl topping , while you others ask no buttercream but we want Poul’s Bakery special topping we heard so much about it , sorry l don’t remember what it was called . My bad ,this Poul’s baker we also find out been around for decades as she is the second owner but uses the same original recipes. She said it’s a company secret Lol, we respect that Try Poul’s Bakery , it won’t s sidelong you and ask for a sample of their fantastic cannolis . And on the spot in events she actually make the cake front of your guests . We never tried that but people are ranting about it and went at viral with millions of views and shared ,,we saw it in her website . “Got the white chocolate raspberry. Asked the worker what she recommended - she recommended brownie which was a very controversial suggestion apparently. 10/10 delicious.

“On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“This Tous les Jours is tucked inside HMart a super convenient little stop when you need a quick pick me up coffee and something sweet. Came by the other day for a coffee and pastry run. The ube latte was so good and not overly sweet. Just smooth and flavorful. The pastries were dangerous tho. Lol. I will say tho when I was in Seoul last year they had this grapefruit tea that I’m still thinking about. I really wish they had it here because it was that good! Service here is fast there’s almost never a line and being inside the HMart food court makes it a convenient grab and go while you’re shopping.“

Saw reviews of the drink being watered down I didn't think so, but I'm not Also one for a super thick shake when wanting a coffee drink. The older gentlemen wasn't one for conversation which I also like. I don't mind small talk but if he's making my drink I'm okay with silence. I didn't get a Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory experience which is fine. Will come again if in the area.“

“It is a good location right near everything. It shares space with a sandwich shop which is uniquely different. Had to ring bell for service. Was very nixe and friendly once yhey did come out. Average prices for a tourist destination. Lot of ice cream to choose from.“

“Oh, man! Excellent service from the two ladies working at this location. They went beyond my expectation. Even though they were busy, they each helped me with my questions and helped me get the cake I wanted at the last minute. Did I say they were busy! Both ladies, great job. I am very impressed with the customer and cake decorating.“

They need to turn up the AC or fix it for costumers and employees.You still can't eat your ice cream inside unless you're standing, the chairs are just stacked and for some reason there's a big table right in front of the cashier register that makes it difficult to hear and order.“
