I was looking for something small for my daughter's birthday, after browsing Yelp for about a hour I found Izzys Cake Pops... after I noticed their raving reviews I decided to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. I contacted them with a custom order. My daughter absolutely loves FNAF (Five Nights At Freddy's). From start to finish they have been more then helpful every step of the way with clear contact. I wish every place contained this type of customer service that they offer here. They can customize just about any design.. they also have a variety of different flavors to choose from as well. I went with 5 FNAF cake pops and a single Cupecake character... I love how it turned out. [ They can be found on the second level of the food court at MainPlace.] If you're looking for something "special", this is definitely a place you want to try... I'm completely satisfied with the end results and I know my daughter will love em! I'll definitely be returning with future orders. 5stars across the board“

They were wonderful to work with & even reached out when they were decorating the cake to make suggestions to make it even better. I really appreciated that extra effort to make the perfect cake. “This is my childhood bakery. I love the pan Dulce! I give the pan Dulce a 5 stars and 1 star for costumer service. The lady's are so rude which is a shame since I know this bakery is amazing. I ordered a party size jello and a flan. I took it to a party and the flan was burnt and I went back to exchange it. The lady said it depends who makes it. I figured the recipe is the same but I guess they are not consistent. I spend $45 on one jello and a small flan. Those items are not worth it but the pan Dulce is.“
“I called when the shop already closed and the baker told me to call back after 30mins so he can clean up a bit. The service is on top tier he said that he tried to read the phone manual just to find my phone number. How sweet he is. I dont know about cake sizes so I said i want 8" for 6people and he stop me and told me i should get 6' instead since 8' is too big. I surprised, every business try to up sale but they only want the best for their customers. Huge respect and the strawberry shortcake.... Chef kiss do i have to explain more? Go get the dam cake“
