I go here all the time and the girls are lovely and helpful. Sometimes some customers are really rude to them but they still serve them with a smile. Sometimes we forget that customer service is hard especially when treated that way. So I appreciate each one of them for doing a good job.
I can't believe this place has such a low rating. The ice cream is great, they don't skimp out on the toppings or serving size either. They also include substitutions on their signatures!The place is kept very clean. It's welcoming and inviting. Its got a nice outdoor area to lounge about. Darlene and Maya were fantastic. They thoroughly worked in the toppings into my ice cream and put it together with care. Darlene even sprinkled graham cracker powder on top for a beautiful touch.
