“This Tous les Jours is tucked inside HMart a super convenient little stop when you need a quick pick me up coffee and something sweet. Came by the other day for a coffee and pastry run. The ube latte was so good and not overly sweet. Just smooth and flavorful. The pastries were dangerous tho. Lol. I will say tho when I was in Seoul last year they had this grapefruit tea that I’m still thinking about. I really wish they had it here because it was that good! Service here is fast there’s almost never a line and being inside the HMart food court makes it a convenient grab and go while you’re shopping.“

“This is Costco for bakery. Huge and crowded. Lines and orders move pretty fast. Dine in and to go available. Parking is crowded most of the time. Bakeries, coffee, and pastries are above average, but not something you gotta have. Prices are reasonable. Good to visit once when near by.
Try the Bensito, very good cookie pastry. Good cake pastry with nice inside truffle fillings.“

“I wanted to send something special for my daughter-in-law’s birthday while she and her family were in Disneyland. I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. “Poul’s Bakery took our breath away , we couldn’t believe the cake we have taken pictures from we have searched the internet images and sent it to her the custom cake we wanted , and not only she made the identical one ,the taste was so delicious actually finished the entire slice, it’s rare for me to eat the whole slice, as many cakes are made with to much sugar , it overwhelms to entire cakes other ingredients, this was so perfectly balanced ,and l asked for second , so did few guests , we as host wished we ordered the bigger size , we don’t like the buttercream topping due to its excessive sugar , we ordered her soexisl topping , while you others ask no buttercream but we want Poul’s Bakery special topping we heard so much about it , sorry l don’t remember what it was called . As soon as the dessert bar open at 9 it was almost cleared out. We didn't put everything out at once and had to restock it in 7 mins. “Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Calico Cake Shop did such an awesome job on my birthday cake! I gave them a picture from Pinterest for reference of what I wanted my cake to look like. It was so beautiful I didn't want to cut it. The cake itself was a moist chocolate cake with a rich chocolate frosting filling as I requested. I'm so pleased with how the cake turned out, and for a reasonable price. I will definitely order party cakes from them again.“

“I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.

My 6 year old boy dropped his ice cream by accident was crying we and asked to if they could replace the scoop out of courtesy sue the manager said no with an attitude and said you could call corporate if you want.

She shows no empathy and horrible customer service.

After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to apologize for my experience and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also mailed my family buy-one-get-one-free coupons as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciated.

While my original experience with customer service was disappointing, I want to recognize the owner's professionalism and commitment to making things right.

“Ice cream is usually a safe choice—until you order a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture.

This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.

Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either.

If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh.
