The combination of sweet & salty was heavenly to my senses. I usually don't like things cloyingly sweet, so the saltiness helped damper the sugar content. Pleasing with each bite, I immensely enjoyed Baskin-Robbins' Game Time ice cream.Service was good. Wait was none existent, as there were no other customers, at the time. Parking is a little tight in the one way lot. Baskin-Robbins is located in between Adalberto's & Pep Boys.A scoop of ice cream in August is a must. More so when it's free! Baskin-Robbins always delights me with their birthday promo, and the difficult part is deciding on which flavor to choose. New, artisan ice cream shops have popped up like weeds, but Baskin-Robbins is still the classic mainstay that still delivers the goods.“

“I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.

My 6 year old boy dropped his ice cream by accident was crying we and asked to if they could replace the scoop out of courtesy sue the manager said no with an attitude and said you could call corporate if you want.

She shows no empathy and horrible customer service.

After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to apologize for my experience and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also mailed my family buy-one-get-one-free coupons as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciated.

While my original experience with customer service was disappointing, I want to recognize the owner's professionalism and commitment to making things right.

“So sad that this place is so far from me, it's pretty clean everything looks so delicious, the line when I went wasn't too bad and it flew by quick, that tres leches cake BOMB! My mom's not too much of a sweets fans but she loved the cake, it's a bit pricey.“

“Stopped by on a busy Saturday morning. It’s a really nice and pretty spot to enjoy brunch with friends, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The only downside for me was that the pastries were a little dry for my liking, but overall it was still a nice experience.“

Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. “Busters Real ice cream is as advertised. Its real ice cream. Unfortunately it was a real disappointment for everyone in the family. Maybe we are too used to excess sugar in other ice cream brands. Its price was reasonable for what you get. The ice cream selection was not as wide a variety as other places one may choose. For my family, there was a cloud of disappointment as the ice cream was not as sweet as we all desired after a long bike ride at the beach. We will not be back anytime soon. I am giving 4 stars because they are reasonably priced and prompt to complete the orders. I also believe there are people out there that desire less sugar in their ice cream. This place is perfect for those people.“

“Susy did an amazing job on my mom’s birthday cake. She was able to create an exact replica of the
reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.“

They have always had delicious Mexican bread, pastries, and cakes...now they have added tamales (if you're lucky enough to get them). I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. “Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

I will say tho when I was in Seoul last year they had this grapefruit tea that I’m still thinking about. I really wish they had it here because it was that good!
