I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.

Little expensive but awesome Ice Cream
The sweetest thing happened. As the employee name Franco ! was making my ice cream, he poured the extra into a small cup just for me. While I was waiting for my girlfriend’s turn to receive her ice cream, that little gesture made me feel like a kid again happy, cared for, and excited to come back. It reminded me of my inner youth on how I love ice cream, how even the smallest thoughtful moments can make my day feel special. Cold Stone Creamery provides a mixed experience. While some customers appreciate the excellent customer service and attentive staff, others have experienced dishonesty with orders and high prices. The ice cream shop can accommodate special requests, but may not always be willing to do so. Prices, such as $30 for three "Like-it" sizes, may be a deterrent for some.
