It’s was between Cold Stone and Tastee Freeze @weinerschnitzel. Should’ve went with Tastee Freeze. Spent 20$ on a medium signature blend and plain Chocolate in a cone. The portions are VERY small for what they charge. What I got looked nothing like the pictures displayed. I remember when Cold Stone first came out, the Ice cream barely fit in the cups. The Icecream I received didn’t even hit the top of the cup! Also the Ice cream tasted and looked watery which means the owner of the independent franchise store is being cheap and serving ice milk. Will NOT be spending money at Cold Stone anymore. Very sad how the quality has gone down. One good thing is Servers are polite.But don’t waste your $$ here. Go to Baskin Robbins, Tastee Freeze, Dairy Queen, or Rite Aid for thrifty ice cream.

I just left this location and Dyani was extremely friendly and welcoming! I have to drive a ways when I come to this location, but it's worth it. Very clean and friendly staff! Thank you Dyani for the great experience

Walked in on Saturday August 5, 2023 @ 7:49pm and were helped by a young man. First off, he was touching his lips the entire time as I picked our flavors but i figured he'll probably wear gloves. Nope. No gloves. Then he dropped the spoon paddle they used on the floor and just picked it up and put it back in the water container they keep all the other spoons. He then proceeded to use that same paddle to scoop my ice cream. Nope. That was it. Walked out and I'm never ever coming to this location. Reason for the time stamp is in hopes that a manager/owner will look at the cameras and see that this is not a bogus review and perhaps train their employees better since they are handing food.

They were a little back up when we arrived. It was a very tiny space inside because part of the place was closed off. But the staff were super friendly to us. I'm lactose so I got the silk made ice cream. It's was yummy
Ice cream is good. But some of the staff were kinda rude. Id probably try a different location next time.

The ice cream is good but the customer service is so bad. Don't expect a "hi welcome" when you walk into this store. This girl is on her phone and just stares... awkward. Then two other guys come out and also just stare... so fucking awkward.

Usually love this place but , we got shorted this time. We honestly have to hunt for the mixins. Kinda sad. Maybe this issue is limyti this store only. I may try another location before I give up on cold stone

I came here for the strawberry passion cake for a birthday. They has the different cakes inside a freezer where you can pick what kind of cake you wanted. They also offered different sizes. I picked my cake and paid. It was quick and the cashier was friendly.
