“What a gem. I can easily say this place has the best fruit ice cream I've ever had. The man behind the counter was very informative and patient as my friend and I were sampling many of the flavors. I ended up leaving with container of lychee and coconut. The ice cream tastes so fresh and delicious. The decor of the place is really cool and the service was wonderful.“

“Anyone not rating this place 5/5 is either having a bad day or is born with poor judgment. I’m a huge ice cream fan and this place is the real deal. The ice cream doesn’t taste mass-produced or artificially flavored. Sample whatever you like - there’s no pressure or judgement to commit to a flavor asap. Saltine dream is my perennial favorite but their rotating menu always had something interesting too.“

“It's a nice ice cream shop but not a good value for what you get (yes I understand it's a high end mall). I asked the scooper if they do splits to which she shook her head no. I've been to many ice cream places who do offer splits for the same price as a single. Also, when I went to pay with a $10 bill, she told me they were "cashless". Okay, made sense during Covid, not necessary anymore. Ice cream, I had the Marionberry cheesecake, was just okay. Probably wouldn't return.“

“Best place I have ever gone too! The ice cream is delicious with many toppings that add to the impression and appearance of it. The quality of the ice cream rolls are much better than those of other places, and while it does take around 20 minutes to get your ice cream, it is completley worth it. This is one of the places I always show to people who our visiting the city :)“

“Rosa a special thanks to you. I ran into the creamery while my wife and son waited in the car. I went in for my wife and she asked for the bananasCarmel and almond ice cream. I didn’t know what I wanted , It was my first time there. Just Then a group of about 13 or 14 people walk-in. I was still undecided but instead of pushing me off to the side and coming back to me later Rosa stayed with me and helps me make my decision on what to order. Instead of brushing me off to the side and helping the group. She stayed with me and I appreciated that so much. She made my night . I’m now at home watching the new Pinocchio on Disney + making my night perfect. Ty Rosa couldn’t have done it without you .you are the best 5 stars for customer service“

“I come here pretty often with my family even though it is like 2 hours away from home. We always visit since their flavors are delicious and always change each time we come. They have both dairy and non-dairy ice cream flavors. We also try to come here whenever we can when they have collaborations to taste their special collab flavors. I love seeing all the new flavors they come up with! I really recommend this place, it is one of my favorite places to go to!“

“It's one of my favorite spots to grab ice cream. They have a lot of delicious choices and options. They even carry a few lactose free choices and even a scoop for your doggy. My friend and I both grabbed a 4 scoop sampler to try more flavors. Our favorites were the Taro and the praline pecan.“

“I'm a sucker for matcha soft serve, so I had high hopes for this place. Got a matcha sundae, and I have some mixed thoughts. First, the soft serve is really good. There was the option to do matcha and hojicha swirl, and the flavors were great. The other things were...eh. The matcha cake layer was dry without the ice cream, the mochi balls on top were not flavored (so it was more of a texture), cornflakes were fine since it gave texture, but the jelly on the bottom didn't really serve anything in the sundae.
I probably should have ordered just the ice cream because that's the true star of the show.“

The best one was their pistachio which I think was the best version I’ve had from any ice cream spot. “This is one of my favorite locations. They get stuff to us quick and the employees are very attentive, welcoming, and nice. Even with the waiting area not being the biggest, they get the orders ready fast enough that it never feels super crowded even when there's a good chunk of people in there.“

“First time here for me - the employee suggested 3 flavors which were good - the blue one, one I don't remember, and OMG - the butter cookie.I am so grateful I live far away from here, because if this place was remotely close to me I'd be 600+ lbs in no time. We were in the middle of ordering when another customer pushed in front of us to tell the cashier Delaney that her order was wrong. She was super rude and condescending to the poor girl, who handled it with grace and never lost her smile. She handled that quickly and competently, and then finished with us. She was great“

“I can't say enough good things about this place. I heard about it over a year ago but have never been able to make it here during one of my trips but this time, I made a point to stay an extra day so I could carve out some time and take this off my list. I got there on a Sunday before they opened and was first in line, I had time to look at their menu board and decide on which character I was going to get. I was like a little kid, waiting with anticipation and excitement! When they finally opened their doors, everything flowed smoothly and efficiently...you ordered, you paid and then they call you so you can watch your cotton candy masterpiece being created. It truely is an art! After mine was done, i waited for the 3 girls in back of me to get theirs done too, had to see what characters they got and I am glad I did. This pace is fun for all ages and I will be sure to add it to my list of things to do for my clients since I am a travel agent and I sent lots of families to Disneyland, so this is almost a must. I think the price is right at like 19.99. I got the unicorn and it was HUGE!!! I thought this would be a one and done type place for me but nope. ...I want to come back everytime I come to town and experience something new...oh and they sell ice cream too. Fun fun fun“
