“The ice is really good! And they have a range of flavors. Would recommend the mango flavor! I did have to take off a star because I experienced a rude worker. I went for the first time yesterday and a worker in the drive thru was rude. He asked if I needed more time and after I said yes, he raised his voice at me. After I asked him for quick information he stared at me silently and just pointed at the menu. He was probably having a bad day, but was not a pleasant experience. Other than that, its really good and refreshing.“

“I was at Heritage to celebrate a special occasion — the restaurant was cozy and homey. The kitchen was right in front of us, so the whole room was filled with different aromas. Both the service and food were great. The first few courses were delicious, adding a bit of extra excitement to the meal. That said, for a restaurant charging $195/person with a Michelin star, serving food and beverages on a cracked plate and in a chipped cup felt off. When I asked the staff about it, she gave me a smirk and downplayed it with some excuses and brushed it off. Better quality control may be needed as your guests deserve better.“

“We love the ice cream here! The workers are incredibly sweet and keep the line moving fast, no matter how busy it gets. That said, the lack of restrooms is a huge drawback. Their website does say to 'plan ahead,' but as any parent of young kids knows, that's easier said than done! We've actually had two bathroom accidents at RC now, which really makes us second-guess visiting. Since it's such a popular seasonal spot, I wouldn't think it'd be too hard to at least provide a porta-potty. It would make a world of difference for families in a pinch.“

“It's been quite a while since I last tried a great quality, Vietnamese/Asian flavor forward ice-cream place like Kutekook.
The store is small with around 20 indoor seats and aesthetic design giving a chic and cozy feel. Flavor selection is pretty trendy IMO though limited.
We tried Vietnamese salted cream coffee (recently added to their menu), pandan avocado, durian, and matcha. I personally enjoyed all the flavors; just wished they have a stronger standalone avocado one.
Such a hidden gem. Highly recommended!“

“My first time there wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Upon going in they had a nice little crowd, the staff was nice and helpful. So my box of 4 cookies $19 was brownie batter, not bad, could use some nuts walnuts, or pecans, . My favorite cookie chocolate chip also could use some nuts walnuts or pecans and cooked a little longer. Next was funnel cake. Kind of like that one crunchy, not sure if it really tasted like funnel cake, but I liked it. Then cake batter thins not too bad either.“

We got the classic mint lemonade and the staff was so kind offering us samples of smoothies of the day. The cafe is very colorful and bright with murals and comfortable wide seating. “the best froyo in long beach!!! went with my friends to get a sweet treat as a break from studying during finals and katherine was the sweetest worker we had ever met. she was so helpful in letting us try the different flavors, giving us recommendations, and even bringing out a topping from the back that we really wanted. please give her a raise!!!! we will definitely be coming back and choosing this over yogurtland (name drop!). super clean inside, and cant recommend enough. ALSO the prices were so good, my cup of froyo probably would've been $11 at yogurtland (name drop x2) but it was $6 here. amazing!!! also they give 10% off for CSULB students so that was awesome!!! yay!!!“
