“3.5 starsDo you prinki when you pia?The Cerritos Mall Froyo Deathmatch commences! Prepare the combatants for battle!Prinkipia opened up, not too long ago, located on the right of Forever 21. Can the mall sustain 2 froyo spots, Prinkipia & Yogurtland, within close proximity of each other? Let's see.......Pro's -Centralized location with an open layout (The teenagers must have field day pilfering free froyo when the employees aren't looking #blindspot)Creamy textureLots of toppingsCon's -Not as many unique flavorsNo email club currentlyNo dedicated seatingI enjoy Prinkipia's frozen yogurt. The pistachio and mango were sweet with a siky smooth texture. The green apple tart like a green apple should be. Service has been good, with friendly staff offering samples to passersby as they shop till they drop. I believe in order to compete with Yogurtland, Prinkipia should offer more flavors, especially considering the froyo costs more per oz. then the distinguished competition. My verdict - A grueling fight, but Yogurtland wins with a medium punch, followed by an advantageous leg sweep when Prinkipia was distracted.I recommend Prinkipia Frozen Yogurt if you're in a hurry and don't have the time for the line at Yogurtland.NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM“

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)
The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”
The staff was lovely and friendly.

“Ice cream is usually a safe choice—until you order a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture.
This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.
Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either.
If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh.
Pros: clean place, nice staff
Cons: missing toppings, quality issues
With better preparation, this place could be much better.“

“Me and two companions of mine came 6 hours away to get after’s ice cream. Maisie attended us world class service as if we were dining at a michelin star restaurant, what an exceptional performance. This young lady deserves a raise and overtime!“

“Place is amazing. I love the different options each week and that makes you want to come more often. My go-to choice is the Snickerdoodle. This place has the best tasting cookie anywhere. Be warned though that the parking lot next to Crumbl is a pain! To avoid the headache I’d park in the Target parking lot next to the center and walk.“
