“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Ice cream is usually a safe choice—until you order a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture.

This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.

Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either.

If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh.

The meal began with an Amuse Bouche trio: a delicate prawn cracker topped with sweet Dungeness crab, a green leaf with another seafood salad that was to be eaten like a mini street taco, and balanced with the brightness and light crunch of pickled turnip. A seemingly simple couple of bites, but one that foreshadowed the precision and thoughtfulness of the courses to follow. “We love the ice cream here! The workers are incredibly sweet and keep the line moving fast, no matter how busy it gets. That said, the lack of restrooms is a huge drawback. Their website does say to 'plan ahead,' but as any parent of young kids knows, that's easier said than done! We've actually had two bathroom accidents at RC now, which really makes us second-guess visiting. Since it's such a popular seasonal spot, I wouldn't think it'd be too hard to at least provide a porta-potty. It would make a world of difference for families in a pinch.“

“The handmade ice cream here is so delicious! My favorite one was the Coffee & Love Nut! You can really taste the cold brew and the nut clusters add that crunch that I love so much! I also tried the salt, malted, caramel cookie dough chocolate chip and while the flavor was great, it wasn't my favorite. My husband tried the Honey Lavander and he rates it an 8.5/10. He also had the captain berried treasure and rates that one an 8/10. It was very good, definitely reminded me of the captain crunch cereal! Overall, highly recommend you get a scoop! We paid $12.50 per cone for a double scoop. Don't be afraid of the line, it moves quickly.“

Some of my favorite items are the açaí bowls, the Vietnam coffee cone, the mangoniada, and the matcha flavor! They also have a lovely seating area to sit and chat with a friend. “I went in with my cousin on a hot Thursday around 4pm to get some sweet treats to cool us down! The place was clean and had a pretty mural going around the whole wall! The menu was straight to the point and everything looked delicious. The worker who helped us out that day was Daniela and she was the best! She was very helpful in every way and I loved her energy, it made me want to be her friend!

The ice cream is a little on the pricier side but it's fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you! We got 2 ice cream's their mini dubai chocolate pancakes and a nutella crepe. If you have a sweet tooth, you should for sure check this place out!

Parking is shared in a plaza with other food spots and I heard that it gets busy around the afternoon, thankfully we found a parking spot right away!

The quality of the ice cream was definitely good and it was creamy and surprisingly not overly sweet! They also do not have a public restroom!

Tl;dr: ice cream taste 5/5 service 5/5

While the ice cream was delicious we had a major service issue during our visit. We asked for 2 small cones different flavors but were given 2 cones with the 2 flavors mixed in the each cone. When we were given the first cone with tried to clarify that the flavors were supposed to be separate but the second cone came out the same as the first. Our next issue was that we asked for a large bowl but were given a small cone for the 3rd ice cream; we weren't given a receipt to see if we were charged for a large bowl or a small cone. Last issue was we ordered ice cream sandwiches to take home & instead of being told we could select what flavor we wanted we were given a random assortment of flavors. As a side note the ice cream sandwiches are smaller than you would think.“

“Busters Real ice cream is as advertised. Its real ice cream. Unfortunately it was a real disappointment for everyone in the family. Maybe we are too used to excess sugar in other ice cream brands. Its price was reasonable for what you get. The ice cream selection was not as wide a variety as other places one may choose. For my family, there was a cloud of disappointment as the ice cream was not as sweet as we all desired after a long bike ride at the beach. We will not be back anytime soon. I am giving 4 stars because they are reasonably priced and prompt to complete the orders. I also believe there are people out there that desire less sugar in their ice cream.
