“Been wanting to try The Mustard Seed in Cerritos for a while & was not disappointed. This is a great option for anyone looking for healthy, flavorful vegan meal. Savannah was very friendly & helped in deciding our order. We ordered the taco bowl, Happy Hawaiian bowl, & a wet burrito. Slightly pricey, but the quality of the fresh ingredients & quantity was good. Met Phillip the owner, who talked to all his customers & said he's working on bfast & new additions to the menu. Can't wait to try them & I would definitely recommend The Mustard Seed for anyone looking for Vegan options.“

“I got the level 7 K#1 soup, which wasn't too spicy. For a spicy meal I would ask for a higher number. I also got a Thai tea that was very refreshing and not too sweet, and a vietnamese coffee with coconut milk that was very rich in coffee flavor and sweet. My father ordered the level 7 ramen stir fried and said it was very good, not very spicy. We shared a level 7 and a level 10 BBQ wing. The 7 was barely spicy but very good, 10 had an oil on it that coats your mouth and was quite spicy, but the heat went away within 15mins. All the food was delicious!“

When we realized how spicy it was the 10 year old with us was taken aback and we were fully prepared to go take him to eat elsewhere, but I believe it was the owner came out with a pizza that had been a mistake pizza for him and he LOVED it. Best food and service we could have ever asked for! “Everything here was chef’s kiss! My visit was in person and I ordered the Beets Me Burger! The Beets Me burger was so delicious and I loved the fact that it was made from mushrooms and beets. The flavor was amazing and the brioche bun was nicely toasted. I ordered the Biscuit Bomb and through UberEats and it is The Bomb! The biscuit was nice and soft and all of the flavors paired well together. The Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup did not disappoint! I will definitely be back for another visit whenever I’m in this area!“

“I've been on a personal mission to find great tasting vegetarian and vegan/plant-based Vietnamese food and I'm super glad I found Thien Dang. I've only ever ordered from them on Grubhub but it's never been disappointing. My husband and I have tried quite a few of their banh mis, and I think their beef is my favorite one! I haven't had real beef in about 4 years now and theirs satisfied my craving - love the lemongrass on it. I also recently got their version of a combination broken rice and I liked it, but didn't love it. The shredded pork had a good texture and taste and so did the spare rib, but the bean curd pie left something to be desired. Also, the daikon and carrots weren't actually pickled which is weird since it's supposed to be Đồ chua. I let them sit in the fish sauce for a while and then added it to my rice and it was alright then. Their bun Bo hue (not pictured) was okay, it wasn't the best but it did the trick. The broth was very oily though and I wish it had more veggies or things in it and a stronger lemongrass flavor. I also wish they had given me extra saté like I requested because that would've definitely helped.“

“I don't do a lot of reviews usually so please keep that in mind! I chose to leave a great review for this place I had such a pleasant experience. I ordered a cake via their website for a co-worker who is vegan. I am not familiar with a lot of restaurants in town who offer fully plant based products so I was stoked to find one who fulfilled my order same day (within 2 hours at that!). I went to pick up the cake and the staff was so friendly and helpful with my many questions on the establishment as I had never heard about it before. Once my cake was done, the staff who assisted me took the time to ask about when the cake would be served and gave me helpful tips on storing it until the next day. The attention to that while they were busy was wonderful! On top of the nice service, I also bought a caramel apple cinnamon roll to try at home. My my my it was very tasty!! We also got the tuna salad made out of jackfruit and the potato salad and the macaroni and cheese, and it was so delicious and so well-balanced and it didn't taste like overly heavy. It's surprisingly difficult to find sushi places that serve vegan rolls other than avocado/cucumber rolls. Blue Bird Haus has a wonderful selection of vegan rolls, ramen, and appetizers, and more. I ordered the V-Alaskan roll and veggie egg rolls. It was so delicious and filling. FYI it does come with pickled ginger and wasabi and the V-Alaskan is 8 rolls. While delicious, it is pretty expensive but that's to be expected as plant-based alternatives are usually pricey. “Let me start by apologizing I'm going on six years living In The neighborhood behind it. And I never bothered to try it out the name was not appealing and the location killed the outside appearance. My wife tried it first went it for lunch with our two sons and got the slice specials. She said I had to try it that it was good she knows I'm a big food critic and foodie. The place was very clean they had some pre made pies on display that you could choose slices from if you don't want a whole pizza. I went with the LG Supreme and also tried 2 slices of what looked like a Buffalo chicken but was told it was actually they're vegan pizza. Still I ran with it brought them home and let me say BROOOOO!!!!. This is exactly what I been looking for a good mom and pop pizza joint with good pizza. The dough was good slightly crispy bomb sauce topping where good and fresh. The sauce was the star of it. What about the vegan slice well ima be real with you it was amazing idk what type of sauce they used but it was good. Next time I'm going lg Supreme and the lg vegan bellflower pizza. Great place great atmosphere, clean, staff was awsome. This is officially our new spot for pizza.“

“Good food and great service. It's a no frills place but nicely renovated. I came back for their all you can eat hot pot (lau) $15.99. Fresh veggies. Flavorful broth. We couldn't finish it all. The crispy paper thing was good plain or we would dunk it into the soup. One soup broth was spicy while the other was lighter and sweeter. Good portions. The prices here are still pretty good as compared to other vegan places. The bathroom could use an upgrade but it wasn't deplorable. Would return.“
