I always get the grilled beef cause no one has "GRILLED" beef pho that I've seen. it is really good. Only thing different this time is the meat was a tougher than it has been before. Hopefully, it is only this time cause it is usually tender.
It was a bit too hot outside for pho, so we opted for rice dishes. The grilled pork was excellent. Shrimp fried rice was quite tasty with big mama shrimp. The egg roll was full of meat, more like a lumpia, but good. The spring roll was also good. We’d go back.
I'm trying to find the best pho is cerritos. So far, wow 5/5! I'll be back. The coffee is a little too bitter for me but such great flavorful soup.
