“I always get the grilled beef cause no one has "GRILLED" beef pho that I've seen. it is really good. Only thing different this time is the meat was a tougher than it has been before. Hopefully, it is only this time cause it is usually tender.“

“Today was my 3rd time back. I have tried something new off their menu each visit. First visit was General Tso’s (my favorite), 2nd visit was Chicken Chow mein, today is Spicy Orange Chicken (move over General Tso’s, you’ve been replaced!). The staff is always friendly and helpful, the food is really good. When their menu says “spicy”, they mean a nice little kick and not a flamethrower!! I always order to go, 10 minutes and I am out the door. Portions are big (mine always makes 2 meals). I found my new favorite place 😁“

“The food never fails. The Pho is done right and we always order the 2 rib bone soup which is simmered for 4 hours. But with this visit, we tried the oxtail soup which was simmered for 10 hours. We always get the garlic fries. We also ordered crispy chicken in medium heat and chicken wings in the garlic parmesan flavor. All good and it didn’t disappoint at all. This place is open til 1:30am, this is our go to late night eats which doesn’t happen too often. This place is cute with a potted tree in the middle and decorated well. The evening we were there, we weren’t only ones eating, the mosquitos were eating us, the reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 star. Aside from that, this place is a go-to. There’s always a line.“

“Frequent here for their grilled plates & rolls. Like their sesame cabbage salad & grilled vegetables. Today's was not quite satisfactory as usual.... got some weird taste after a few bites into spring salad. Checked & found a few leaves that were bad. And grilled veggies skewer had mainly onions, which I preferred mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers like a few past orders. The beef were kind of over cooked. Not sure if any ingredients were not very fresh today... ran to restroom about 4 times with stomach problem. Vendor~ please double check your greens & meats thoroughly before serving. Over all good taste, but we all need to double check before serving & eating.“

“We have been coming to Blooming for about 8 years. We drive 65 miles one way just to eat their delicious food. Nothing, nowhere compares to them! We absolutely LOVE it here!“

“Stopped in on the last day of a business trip to LA, right before heading to the airport. I was actually on my way to a spaghetti place, but it was closed, my fault for not double-checking. Got off my Uber, wandered around the mall, and stumbled into this little gem.

Ordered the classic Lanzhou beef lamian, and it was genuinely delicious. The broth was the star, deeply savory and clean. The noodles had a proper bite to them, not overcooked or mushy the way hand-pulled noodles sometimes go. The beef was good. My one nitpick: the daikon was sliced a touch too thin. It's not about generosity, it's about texture, a thicker cut would give a much better bite against the noodles.

Service was warm and efficient, and I liked the diverse crew running the place. The room has that comfortable, unpretentious feel of a neighborhood Chinese noodle shop.

Small location and usually always has someone inside but never had to wait more then 10ish minutes every time I've been. I love the hand rolls, sushi rolls, ramen, and their bowls. I have pretty mich tried at least one think from every category and its all pretty much a hit.
Thay creamy sesame sauce I would steal if I could, so yummy on everything. I always order extra as a dipper.
Definitely a staple dinner and date nite location.“

“Came here for the Giant Chicken Katsu and it really is huge. The portion was much bigger than expected, and the chicken was still thick and juicy inside with a crispy coating outside. It also comes with curry and rice, so it’s very filling.

We also tried the Rice Ball, Shrimp Fried Rice, and Spicy Chicken with Cheese. The fried rice was an easy choice for kids, while the spicy chicken was richer with lots of melted cheese.

The Giant Chicken Katsu was definitely the most memorable dish on the table. Great spot if you’re looking for Korean comfort food in Cerritos.“
