Seeing a manager seating guests, taking orders, being present and making sure her team was doing their best is what made my experience and the experience of those around me flow smoothly. “First timer to this local chain of restaurants with several in SoCal. Very popular reviews with taste, quantity, and value. We ordered based upon recommendations of reviews and were not disappointed overall. The noodle bowls were well assembled and flavorfull. The dumplings were quite descent as a side to noodle bowls. The green onion pancakes were insufficiently onion sprinkled and lacked flavor. Service was efficient and fast. Complete a paper check box order sheet with reference to a pictured menu and not much needed for a waiter person. Overall, Northern Cafe is worthy of return visit. The Cafe was busy with a cue outside for dinner.“

“This place’s food is so good. I recommend all of you guys going here because it’s reasonable price, and very delicious. Especially, the chicken and shrimp were so tasty, and has a texture? It’s very plump. The fish there was also good.Also the atmosphere was just like,, good, there were a lot of Chinese people so it’s authentic. The speed of the food that came out was kinda slow and late, but it was worth it. It was also had a very a lot of amount for each dish too, we ordered like 4 main dish and it cost us like $80“
