“I had a great experience at Woktastic! Through my own negligence I dropped my order outside. I was able to salvage 1 order and I went back in with full intent of paying for another. Lovely lady at the counter asked what happened and without doubting my story immediately made me the same order without asking for payment. Truly went above and beyond! Will be a permanent spot in food rotation and highly recommend!“

“Larry told me about this place. He said quantity as well as quality was dead on. I ate off of it for 2 days. Service was like, back home, she is so wonderful, sweet, and generous. I'll tell my friends this is the new Chinese food restaurant.“

“I personally love their jajangmyeon. The best jajangmyeon I ever had was at Yong Moon Lu @ Rowland Heights (please try their gan-jajangmyeon/간짜장), but this one is pretty good too. The jjamppong is not bad either.
I will definitely come here again.“

“I was trying to find an old restaurant I used to visit for great Jjajangmyeon, and although this wasn’t the exact place I remembered, I was very satisfied.
They served a small egg soup as a welcome dish — warm, light, and comforting on an empty stomach.
During lunch time, I tried the stir-fried vegetables, which were fresh and perfectly seasoned without being too salty.
I also liked that they offered small-size bowls of Jjajangmyeon — just right for a light meal.
Everything tasted great, and I definitely recommend visiting this place!“

“This Chinese place is just too cute and adorable. They have great food, be it take out, delivery or dine in. We have done all three. It can get crowded and I don't think they take reservations. It is worth the wait.
The service is nice. The staff is wonderful and they know the menu well. You can call ahead and your food will be there for you to pick up. We often just have it delivered.
All of their food is super. We really love all their rice dishes and they are packed with flavor. Their shrimp dishes are really good and anything with crab will make you happy.
Parking is easy and yes, you will have to wait in line, but again, it is well worth it. So have fun and enjoy. It is also very clean, including the bathrooms.“

“I usually take out/delivery and this place is really good. It's a small business so it makes me feel good to support the community. You cannot go wrong with the Chinese food here at all. I also appreciate the variety of Chinese food available here, its not just orange chicken, but they have shrimp, pork, and fish dishes. Even the boba is really good and nice and chewy. Don't skip the boba here either.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lee's BBQ & Boba Chinese Food. I was thoroughly impressed! The flavors are absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared perfectly. The meats are tender and flavorful, and the variety of options on the menu made it hard to choose just one. I highly recommend the chicken Chow Mein and the dumpling soup — they were simply outstanding!
It's clear that they take pride in their food and customer experience. Whether you're craving a quick bite or a satisfying meal with friends, this is a perfect place to visit.
Can't wait to return for more amazing food.“
“Excellent service and presentation from the servers to the owners acting as MC. Very organized. I'm impressed. I would recommend to do your event here.“

“YGF Malatang in Artesia is basically a choose-your-own-adventure for people whose love language is soup. You grab a bowl, go a little feral in front of the ingredient wall, and emerge with the exact spicy, slurpable masterpiece your heart desires. The selection is dangerously good, with everything from fresh greens and noodles to all the savory add-ins that make you start rationalizing a second bowl before you’ve even paid. Once it all comes together, the broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and wonderfully tingly in that classic mala way that says, “yes, your lips are numb, and yes, you’re very happy about it.” On top of that, the place is clean, bright, and efficient, so the whole experience feels less like chaos and more like a very delicious personal victory!“

“All the food is cooked fresh. The veggie soup had a light, classic flavor that I know and love. The family style bean curd/tofu had a nice flavor and texture. Rice is included and there is chili sauce and chili oil to spice up your food. The service was good, the lady there is so nice and stays busy.“

“The place was empty so we were initially a bit doubtful. I’m glad we made the decision to stay because ALL of their dishes were delicious, not just their Hainan chicken but also their beef, wings, and even their stir fried veggies tastes like it came from much bigger restaurants.“

“just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!“

“Tasty Goody in Norwalk is hands down the best Chinese food place this side of the Mississippi. I go there whenever I want some ? orange chicken, and it never disappoints. The portions are huge, and the prices are great for how much food you get. The orange chicken has the perfect amount of crunch and sauce, and the noodles are always fresh. I’ve tried a lot of places, but nothing really compares to Tasty Goody. Plus, the people there are super nice and quick with your order. Definitely my go-to spot for Chinese food.“

“The first time I went here I would give it 5 stars. I went between lunch and dinner so it was quiet and calm. The food and service was amazing. The fooooodddd yum yum yum. However in my later visits the food has not been so amazing. Still good but not super super delicious.
If you go when it's busy, it can be chaotic in there. But it's cuz it's a small place and it's popular.
The staff is always friendly and attentive though.“

“A Culinary Gem in the Heart of Westminster - BAOS HOG Review Stepping into BAOS HOG, you're immediately welcomed by a fusion of contemporary decor and inviting ambiance. This small, yet noteworthy establishment stands out in Westminster for its innovative approach to bao buns, often known as "baos." Each bao is a masterpiece, with the Hog special possibly being the star of the show. The pork is succulent and flavorful, indicative of the care in preparation. Accompanied by crisp, fresh vegetables and a secret sauce that adds an unexpected but delightful kick, it's a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. Beyond the baos, the menu is an eclectic mix, suggesting influences from various cuisines, a bold move that seems to pay off. The drinks selection complements the food, with both traditional options and more unique offerings, indicating that the proprietors are aficionados seeking to provide a full culinary experience. “Mian is a great spot if you love Chinese noodles. They offer a wide variety of noodle dishes from different regions of China, so you can really taste several styles in one place. It feels unique, modern, and the restaurant stays open late, which is probably why so many young people come here.
If you’re a noodle lover, this is definitely a fun and unique place to try. The prices are affordable, and the overall quality is solid. If you live in the Rowland Heights area, it’s worth stopping by at least once to check it out.“

“Overall, the restaurant was average. The Mongolian beef was decent but nothing particularly memorable. The honey walnut shrimp was the standout dish and had good flavor and texture. The chow mein, shrimp fried rice, and kung pao chicken were all fairly average and tasted about what you’d expect from a typical Chinese restaurant.
One positive was the very generous portion sizes, which offered good value for the price. While the food was satisfactory, most dishes didn’t stand out enough to make this a destination spot. Overall, an average dining experience with large portions and a few highlights.“

“Had the best food at Smoke Queen Barbecue: the tri tip, chicken, sausage, ribs, and delicious sides were all fall off the bone fantastic. Try the sesame slaw with spicy cucumbers, macaroni and cheese and fries. We loved the banana pudding, bread pudding, beers on tap, all with a great smile and playground to enjoy with our family. If you haven’t tried Smoke Queen Barbecue, you are missing out. So scrumptious!“

“If you love dumplings and yummy fried rice ... it's fairly priced , tasty and fresh. Fave dishes include the shrimp fried rice, garlic green beans ( yeah i don't even love green beans but they add salty garlicky crack here!) and the eggplant with garlic sauce with mushrooms and a dash of pork . Soup dumplings are winner. Potstickers yum.
The San Pedro locale has lamb dumplings that they need to add here!
Hint hint owners lol.
The balance of seasonings here is proper, the fried rice is usually perfect. I'm becoming a regular.“

“This is the best Chinese food you'll ever have. The ingredients are fresh, the service is great, and the good prices are not compromised by quality.
The chow mein is excellent, the kung pow and orange chicken, crisp and flavorful, but mostly importantly the house chicken is divine.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear from other Chinese places a few blocks from here and come to Baby Panda.“

“Atmosphere is fun, service is great and some of the best priced cocktails in this part of town (under $10).
The food…it’s PF Chang’s: a bit better than Panda Express, but maybe it’s just the nice bowls, atmosphere and a few cheap cocktails working their persuasion magic.
A fun place to come with a big group“

“Pickled Fish: The fish is so tender that it melts in your mouth, the sauerkraut is crispy and appetizing, the soup base is sour and spicy but not choking at all, every bite is full of sincerity! I especially like the light numbing aroma, paired with hot rice, it is simply a healing tool in winter!
Guobao Pork: Under the golden and crispy skin is tender and juicy tenderloin. The ratio of sweet and sour sauce is just right. You can hear the "click" when you bite into it! The texture is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is definitely a textbook interpretation of Northeastern cuisine!
Home-style tofu: The tofu is fried until it is charred on the outside and tender on the inside. It absorbs the fragrance of the sauce and is smooth and tender in the mouth without losing the bean flavor. Paired with the crispness of fungus and green pepper, it is full of texture, simple but full of homey taste, and it is a perfect meal!
The three dishes in this restaurant each have their own merits. The taste is authentic and the portions are substantial. You will become a fan after eating it once! Highly recommended to friends who love food~“

“I had a great experience at Kung Pao Bowl, and it’s one of those places that does the basics right without trying to be something it’s not.
The teriyaki chicken was the standout for me. The chicken was cooked properly, not dry, not rubbery, and the teriyaki sauce had a solid balance of sweet and savory without being overpowering. It actually tasted like it was made to complement the chicken, not drown it. The portion size was generous, filling without feeling sloppy or excessive, which matters if you actually want to enjoy the meal instead of pushing food around the bowl.
The egg rolls were exactly what you want them to be. Crispy on the outside, hot and flavorful on the inside, and not greasy. You can tell when egg rolls have been sitting too long or rushed, and these weren’t. They were fresh, crunchy, and satisfying from the first bite to the last.
The atmosphere deserves credit too. Clean, comfortable, and relaxed. Nothing loud or chaotic, just an easy place to sit down and enjoy your food. It’s casual, but in a good way — the kind of environment where you could grab a quick lunch or sit and actually take your time eating without feeling rushed.
Overall, Kung Pao Bowl delivers solid food, good portions, and a pleasant atmosphere. No gimmicks, no disappointment. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with good teriyaki chicken and well-made egg rolls, this place is worth coming back to.“

“I recently tried Chubby Skewers and overall had a pretty good experience. They have a great selection of meats, and at $1.20 per skewer, it’s easy to try a variety without spending too much.
That said, some of the meats were a bit on the tougher side, which took away from the experience a little. But not everything was a miss, the grilled oysters and scallops were definitely highlights and tasted really good.
I also liked that you can order from the menu if you want something more than skewers. Overall, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for variety at a reasonable price, with a few standout items worth coming back for.“

I tried the orange chicken which was great tasting, Chicken Chow main, shrimp lobster sauce, fried wonton, white rice and egg rolls. “Back in our college days, whenever we craved classic Chinese food, we'd go to Northern Cafe.
And honestly... it's still the same now
Of course, we had to kick things off with noodles.
Then lamb skewers, and square ribs with garlic because we wanted something not too spicy
Veggies were definitely needed for our Asian tummy digestion.
Can't forget the xiao long bao and dumplings.
This is just a classic that never goes wrong.
