Jang Dok Dae Restaurant is one of the best Korean food in town. It is a hole in the wall mom and pop feel with very traditional Korean food. The place is small and cozy, like eating at your grandma's house. The service was amazing, quick and kind. The food is tasty and authentic. Diners are surrounded by older Koreans because this is the way Korean home cooking is meant to taste. The restaurant is most known for their fried and braised fish. Specific meals include soup using ginseng and whole chicken, cold noodles, kimchi, and cold soybean noodle. Everything comes out fresh and delicious. It is a good family spot, not so much a date spot.
