“The thickest and girthiest sushi rolls I've ever had and it was fantastic.
The staff and service was incredible! Big shout out to Crystal** our server and John the owner for making us feel extremely welcomed and very well fed.

My personal fave was the I LOVE JASMINE roll named after the owner's wife and the Daniel San roll named after the owner's son!

It's a family of great taste forsure!

Also loved how amazing the ambiance was, a GIANT screen to watch the game, plenty of fun decorations that made the space feel fun and alive!

“Everything was just SO good. The food came out so fast too. The portions are HUGE so be sure to order less than the headcount. They are famous for the pork ribs sour kimchi stew so be sure to try it. The summer fish are came with 3 crickets and it was cooked to perfection and not too salty. This place is must try.

“Pretty solid spot for a quick meal. Signature potato noodles were chewy with that numbing spicy broth, I kept fishing out the potato slices. Added a few fried skewers on the side, crunchy and salty, and they pack everything neatly for pickup, tbh that helps.“

“The food is amazing, portions are large, and prices are very fair. The $16.95 short rib pho comes with two huge short rib bones and unlimited noodles! Such a good deal. My favorite was honestly the lomo saltado, the fries were so crisp and the filet was so tender with a delicious, smoky wok fire flavor. The spring crunch slaw is a steal at $6.95, it’s a ton of slaw for such a cheap price and the peanut butter/chili oil dressing is bomb. It was pretty busy when I went, but they brought out the food amazingly fast for how big of a group was seated ahead of me. Definitely recommend this spot.“

“Savory Corner is the real deal. Free-range chicken is silky, tender, and full of flavor. Rice is fragrant and not greasy. Their beef stew noodle soup is also incredible — rich broth, melt-in-your-mouth beef.

Service is superb. The staff remembers us regulars and always surprises us with free herbal drinks. Makes you feel like family.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Always planning my next visit though we have to drive from West Hollywood. It was so addicting that I must try to eat there every weekend.

“Thai food is a hit or miss ,and some better than others. So far Lucky Thai has been better than most, with a few drawbacks when then run out of product. All food is made fresh from my trips here. BUT if you're looking for some delicious mouth watering dumplings cooked in various forms then you're at the CORRECT place. The chicken skin has a lovely, subtle gelatinous quality, and when you pair it with the fragrant rice and the incredible house-made chili and ginger scallion sauces… it’s just perfection. “What a perfect hole in the wall Sushi spot. I wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Disney. Narrowed it down to Hana out of 50 sushi restaurants. How this restaurant only has a 4.5 rating is besides me. Absolutely incredible service and food. FREE MISO SOUP!!! Yes, you read that correctly. They also have ACE if you are a big eater. There is a small alcohol serving too. The location has outdoor seating, but I didn't see anyone using it. I ordered a regular Tuna roll as part of dinner, and it came with the rice on the out. It was perfectly fresh and delicious. I asked if the Chef can do Tuna Maki as off the menu, and he pulled through! I cant say enough good things. 5 Stars all the way. I hope I can return.
Tip: Parking is limited.

“This little mom-and-pop noodle shop was such a great find! We stumbled in right around 8:30 PM, just before they closed, and ended up being the last ones there.
​Their noodles were honestly delicious. I mean, my nephew, who is notoriously picky, even complimented the shrimp noodle! The dandan noodles were a touch too salty for my personal taste, but everyone else absolutely loved them.
​Even though it was late, the service was great. We never felt rushed. I'm definitely going to be coming back whenever a noodle craving hits!“

“Wow, the taste was amazing - both the pho and the cucumber lemonade. The pho was richly and deeply flavored and was satisfying while still being bright and fresh feeling. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. Occupying the former location of Hanako, we've dined at the second previous tenant of this address, prior to Hanako. I've been meaning to come by Pudtarn Thai Cuisine because I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and Lunch Specials are an affordable option. This day seemed just the moment to try another local Thai restaurant for takeout.

Lunch Special Pad Thai-
Choice of protein (beef + $1, shrimp + $2), with rice, salad & egg roll. Oh, how have I missed pad Thai. Pudtarn's version hit the spot for my Thai food fix. Had the perfect amount of sour to sweet. Portions were generous, too.

Chicken satay-
Five tender, succulent sticks of chicken, served with creamy peanut sauce. Great accompaniment to the noodles, the pieces of chicken were delicious, especially when smothered in the sauce.

Service was good. A good amount of seating inside, the wait for takeout wasn't too long, since I was the first customer of the day. Parking can be somewhat difficult to come by, as some spaces are designated for the business in front of them. Hard to find on it's own, Pudtarn Thai Cuisine is located west of the car wash on the corner of Bloomfield & Centralia.

Pudtarn Thai Cuisine is a solid Thai eatery, and I'm definitely looking forward to visiting, again, in the near future. Their lunch specials are affordable, and provide an ample amount of food. Pudtarn Thai Cuisine has earned their spot in my food rotation list.“

“They make authentic Guilin rice noodles here. So you order the noodles through the QR code and you can get the condiments to add to the bowl. We had the Golden Broth Beef Brisket Rice Noodles and Premium Signature Noodles. Added a fried egg and Secret Recipe Braised Tofu. Quick service and would return.“

“Tang was exactly what we were craving after a night out. The portions were generous, and the side dishes complemented the meal well. Since the soups already include rice noodles, I skipped out on the extra rice.

We ordered the soondae guk and the galbi tang. The galbi was rich and flavorful. The highlight of the meal was the soondae (blood sausage). The texture was different, filled with a mixture of pork blood and noodles.

Overall, it was a great dining experience and a perfect choice for a morning comfort meal. Definitely a spot worth returning to.“

Looking at the photos, I expected them to be size of those toy mouses or a fortune cookie. But hey, that's fine! The sesame balls were good, though it's not my cup of tea. I do appreciate the fact it has mochi inside! The spring rolls tasted awesome! It tastes better with the orange looking sauce the server gave us. I believe it's called the sweet and sour sauce, or so my mom says. To me, it tasted like an average spring roll without the sauce. Finally, the environment. It seems to be giving a modern vibe. The chairs are comfortable to sit in. Since we got here at 1 PM, it wasn't very packed like we would see. It had a slight amount of noise.

“This has been my go to spot for Pho for over tens years now!

The broth is rich in flavor, not oily and so delicious! Obviously simmered for many hours with care.

Regardless of the bowl you choose, you will be pleasantly surprised with the quantity of meat, the quality, and the service.

All the spring rolls are delicious although my favorite is the sausage.

All in all. This is the place. It is called Pho Tasty for a reason. Try it and see. You will not leave disappointed.“

“Legit Chuncheon-style Dakgalbi.

When I go to Korea, I love eating dakgalbi. Specifically, Chuncheon-style, where the meat is cooked in a spicy sauce with vegetables and other items that you can often choose (e.g. rice cakes, ramen, udon noodles, cheese, etc). I've tried to find the best dakgalbi in Seoul, and I feel like I've only scratched the surface.

In the US, I've only had dakgalbi a few times, and before Mhat, I'd been consistently underwhelmed. But Mhat has changed what I think dakgalbi can be in the US. Mhat serves up a version that is excellent, much like the better spots that I've found in Seoul. I didn't get a cheese version, but then again, I'm not really into the Korean trend of putting cheese on everything, so things like dakgalbi and galbi jjim usually go without cheese.

In short, my favorite dakgalbi in the US so far.“

Opted for the beef bone broth; however, there was a taste/smell to it, reminiscent of lamb (I only got beef), which was unexpected and a bit off-putting for me.

Service: Decent. While it isn't a standard sit-down restaurant, be prepared to be charged a gratuity for a party of six or more.

Ambiance: Casual. Pretty spacious and clean, including the ingredient + sauce bar.

Parking: Ample parking, but located in a relatively busy/ high-traffic plaza, so parking could take a minute, during peak hours.“
