The staff and service was incredible! Big shout out to Crystal** our server and John the owner for making us feel extremely welcomed and very well fed.

My personal fave was the I LOVE JASMINE roll named after the owner's wife and the Daniel San roll named after the owner's son!

It's a family of great taste forsure!

I'm 6ft 2in and ~225 lbs and couldn't finish my plate and i have enough leftover for a meal tomorrow. The couple behind the counter were very kind and saw me and my gf eyeing the honey chicken and gave us samples. Very cute and sweet, the fruit tea drinks were amazing too. The portion size you get is so worth it, I'm only coming here now vs the big chain competition, they were super caring and sweet answering our questions and helping with our special requests. 10/10 I'll probably be back when my leftovers run out this weekend.“

What really stands out is how they remember us every time—we’re greeted like family, which makes the experience even more special.

The food is always extremely delicious and fresh, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. The servers are amazing too—super friendly, attentive, and always make sure we’re taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.

Michelle and her mom Denise are at the helm, they’re both very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve learned from experience with other bakeries that a delicious moist cake and beautiful piping don’t always go together. “This place is GREAT! Not OK, not good… GREAT! I’ve been to all the teriyaki spots up and down Whittier Blvd, and you simply aren’t going to get a better deal than this. Very fair prices for very large portions, but which always means very happy customers.

Customer service is excellent, they have a soda fountain with Coke products (and cans for other brands), a few tables inside so good for a quick lunch/dinner or takeout.

This place is an absolute no-brainer for simple, great Japanese food. If you’ve never been, you need to come, and if you have been, you need to come back. Skip the Flame Broiler’s and Panda Expresses and be happy that you came here instead.“

“Everything was just SO good. The food came out so fast too. The portions are HUGE so be sure to order less than the headcount. They are famous for the pork ribs sour kimchi stew so be sure to try it. The summer fish are came with 3 crickets and it was cooked to perfection and not too salty. This place is must try.

“Stopped by for a quick lunch after my pickleball game at La Habra. Got promptly seated and I appreciated the booth seating.

They have a good selection of Sushi, Udons, Grilled Dishes and Ramen. I opted to get a Sushi and Udon and it came out very well. The place has a good ambience for a quick lunch spot and service was on the mark !

“My friends told me this place has improved a lot compared to before, so I decided to visit again after a while — and I’m so glad I did. Every single ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and high quality. When the ingredients are this good, there’s really no need to say much about the flavor — it speaks for itself.

From the onions, lemons, and bean sprouts to every garnish on the plate, everything was perfectly clean and fresh, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The pho broth was especially impressive — light, clean, and not greasy at all, making it very easy and comfortable to eat. You can truly taste the care put into it.

The spring rolls were also outstanding. Fresh, light, and perfectly balanced in flavor — I would give them top marks without hesitation.

I often go to a well-known pho restaurant in La Mirada, but honestly, I would rate this place even higher. Definitely coming back again!

I like that they had silverware instead of plastic utensils, and everything feels homey and thoughtful. There's silver cups for water, and a lid for the trash. The trash is the sort that does not originally come with a lid, they made one out of wood so flies don't fly in and bother everyone.“

Have been coming here for 9 years but this place has been open way longer than that. My husband has been coming here since he was a kid. Was hungry for a sandwich. Searched for food LOL and saw this cafe down the street. Walking distance. so got me a turkey bacon on croissant and super delicious. They have calm jazzy music playing in the background. Total of 3 sets of chairs and table, 2-outside and 1-inside. Such a cute Cute CUTE place to have a snack or some time for yourself. I needed this. The ladies are so sweet and kind. Fast service. Just such a great a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Lots can be said about a previous post I read on this place and I’ll just say that If you want to make your sandwich at home then go for it LOL. Super satisfied and $10-15 price for sandwich and drink is decent. :-)
