Akafuji

The omakase special ($50) includes 8 premium nigiri pieces and a blue crab handroll, accompanied by miso soup, salad, and chawanmushi. Each nigiri is beautifully decorated and flavored, not requiring soy sauce. The a la carte menu offers unique rolls, like the Blue Ocean roll, featuring bluefin tuna and blue crab, and the Fusion Toro roll with tuna mixed in a yuzu mustard sauce. The sushi rice ratio is perfect, and the tempura is well-presented.

Takeout options include katsu curry bowls, fried calamari, and California rolls at reasonable prices for a filling meal. The curry and rolls are highly recommended. Service is attentive and quick, and the restaurant offers cozy patio seating.
