“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Ice cream is usually a safe choice—until you order a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture.

This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.

Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either.

If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh.

“Miss the old Portos. They had way more options including my Coconut macarons which they no longer have. Also with how busy it gets it's so crowded and overwhelming inside. Everything was still good but miss the extended baked goods. And parking is still bad... Waiting for my coffee they kept having us move when it's so crowded with customers and noehere to move to was a joke.“

“I visit Nonna Mercato once a week. They use organic ingredients and make consistently amazing food - their avocado toast, cappuccino and matcha latte are great! Pastas are good too. Highly recommend the almond croissant!

“What a fun surprise to discover this delicious treat in Huntington Beach! My kids used to take me to the Apopka, Florida location and I knew everything was the best.

And this location lived up top those expectations. There was a woman and her kids in front of me, and the scooper was so kind to them, and had a lovely conversation with the mom. He didn't need to, but he genuinely seemed interested and treated them as the most important customers, which I loved watching.

Of course the ice cream was delicious, but hard to choose what to choose. I went with three scoops so I didn't have to!

I had been considering making her cake but after a lot of stress and agonizing over what to do, I decided to stop into Sugar Mama’s just to see what they had to offer. Within about 10 minutes I was placing an order. The shop is very cute and the staff makes you feel instantly at ease. The order process was fairly straightforward. If anything there are almost too many options for flavors and additional toppings but that’s not a complaint. The day of our event came and the cake was beautiful. “The hubby and I was looking for fresh concha. We wanted fresh soft concha like the once we’ve had in Mexico. We found this place and they delivered exactly what we were looking for and more. They have so many options. This is a no frill place, it’s straight a bakery and they roll the stacks of trays out on the floor. But what you will get are freshly made products because they make it right there on site.“

“Customer service is great, they take their time into making your ice cream full! If you come between 4:30-6 pm and 7:30-9:30 pm expect it to be super busy! There’s free genuine bibles and sometimes they add more ice cream for your buck! If ordering a cake they have it ready right on the exact date and time, so don’t come early unless you called and rescheduled! The workers are young, some new and some first day so give grace as they may not know the whole menu yet.“

It was the most delicious carrot cake I ever had! Even family members who exclaimed they did not like carrot cake tried this one and changed their mind it was that good!! We also got a flan pie. Same thing. So delicious. I wish I knew about this baker for my wedding cake but going forward I will get all my pies and cakes here. I highly recommend it!!“

All come in both regular or banana leaf. I tried one of each flavor/each type so I could compare. I got some sweets while I was there also. The whole place smells wonderful! A real diamond in the rough.“

“This place is awesome!!! They made my wedding cake and dessert bar 5/26/19. Everyone loved it I got so many compliments on the quality of the cake. The desserts where also a huge hit. As soon as the dessert bar open at 9 it was almost cleared out. We didn't put everything out at once and had to restock it in 7 mins. My daughter even said she didn't get a chance to have anything but a cake pop because it all went fast. Back to the wedding cake, they did such an amazing job recreating the cake we wanted. It was exactly how we pictured it. And was so fresh and moist. My husband loved it and he is not a cake eater hes super picky.
