They offer some of the best sandwiches that you could find along with a great collection of outstanding meats from their high-end butcher shop.

The steak sandwich there is incredible, but their daily specials will always be delicious.“

I’m glad a gave it a try, because honestly this is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, regardless of county/state/country. The service is always top notch and the drinks never disappoint. There are plenty of other coffee houses nearer to where I live, but this one is easily worth the longer drive.“

“Almond croissant/ croissants in general shrunk 25-30% in size despite the price hike when Tustin branch initially opened.
Note: ? size was normal when they opened , now it's way smaller than any other bakeries visited? visibly shrunk!“

“I'm pretty sure I started levitating the minute I tried the milkshake it's literally the best one I've ever had in my life. And the fries..PERFECTLY SALTED. I don't think I've ever had such a spiritual experience at a burgers place but there's a first for everything. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!“

“Based on my first visit: Flat white was great, but weirdly not very hot for a hot drink. It took over 10 mins for a flat white to go on a Sunday morning. Not toooooo bad or unexpected but i wouldn’t come at that time again for a to go…There’s not a great place to wait so i felt awkward, in the way and like it took longer than it did. Vibe was great for those sitting down. Lots of cute dogs. Food coming out looked amazing. I got two muffins to go (one gluten free) and they were both really dry - wouldn’t get a muffin again. I also got the camp cookie. It’s sooo good.

If I go in the future, I’ll try an off peak time, sitting down and /or food off the made to order menu.“

“I had a really amazing salmon poke bowl here. Fish was really fresh and perfect tenderness. Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Came out quickly although it was a weekday and it wasn’t too busy.

Lots of other options on the menu I wanted to explore so I’ll be back.

Oddly the poke is kind of hard to find on their menu. They have it on a piece of paper next to the register.

Portion looked a little small for what I paid which was over $20. But I was full after eating it and I’m a pretty decently sized guy.

I’ve had worse poke bowls but man. That shrinkflation is squeezing everyone.“

“We chose this place for brunch after a long search for the right restaurant. We focused on the choice on the menu and the availability of good coffee. Bayshore cafe met our expectations. The patio was wonderful. The fountain enlivened the atmosphere. Almost all tables are equipped with an open fire (if desired), but are too low for eating (we are tall, with a belly).
The server was exactly how we like service - friendly, respectful, fast, thoughtful. Our company rated all ordered dishes 5*. Baklava is a separate major song! Thank you very much for starting the day off.
But I would like to draw your attention to the fact that only one detail distracted from our meal - several intrusive flies. One even drowned in a glass of orange juice, which she had to part with. You can hang some sticky tape or something, I'm sorry.
Closed 2-story parking in the same building, free, but you probably need to find a place with a sign for the establishment.“

“Finally an awesome Indian ice cream place in OC. MUST try. Yet to try all the other stuff like chat and chaat too, exciting! Owner is super nice and gave us 3 free pup cups for our puppies and of course our pups loved it?.

Parking: This place is at prime location so plenty of parking but could be challenging to find one on busy time. We went in night time and we found free parking next to the shop.“

“A funny thing happened on the way today FedEx drop-off. Kalaveras is convientley located off of Jamboree. For the street tacos Tuesday, you are seated and then order the number of $1.50 per Taco that you want. Then you line up to get your Tacos. You can choose from about 5 types of meat Tacos. Then, you can add vegetables and salsa types. There is a modern mexican restaurant vibe here. Have fun.“

“Holy crap amazing ?. We went on a Saturday night and people were standing outside which was a good sign because it was delicious or a bad sign that they were busy and we would have to wait. But it was because it was amazing. The flavors are strange and unique and incredibly delicious. The honey and lavender made you feel refreshed and standing on an English hillside. Goat cheese mulberry and habanero was a delicious sensation of salty creamy and fire that made you want to return again and again. Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream I could have sworn that they had elves in the back making cookies to put into that ice cream. The samples were given out on real metal spoons and each staff member took a group of people and not just put you in a line through the system. We went for a quick little treat after dinner and ended up bringing pints of ice cream home. Go for taste sensations and amazing journeys you will not be disappointed. Glad we stopped at this little shop while we were out there on vacation will be ordering some ice cream and having them ship it to me because it was that good“

“This place is a hidden gem! The food is affordable and delicious with good portions. But what stood out the most was the staff, they’re very friendly. I accidentally ordered Tzatziki Salad when I meant Tabbouleh and they gave me a portion anyway. Just very kind family owned vibes here. Would definitely recommend!“

“really nice place. i tried the prime ribs on wednesday and chicken wings tuesday. really delicious. chicken wings are the best wings i have tried in this country. also tried surf and turf on thusday, quite nice. waiters are friendly. place looks nice. what's really special is the soda bread. it is free but taste really special. you should have a try.“

“This place is so cool! The food is so diverse and always made well. They get to know their customers, especially the manager. And the atmosphere is so cool, there are plenty of arcade games to play while you wait, so make sure to bring quarters. Definitely going to be a lunch regular for me :)“

“The employees were nice, I was helping them put some chairs out as I wait for them to open. Long story short, the person claiming to be executive chef asked me to leave the restaurant in a very rude and uncivilized manner pointing to the door and moving his finger up and down “we’re trying to work”. I wasn’t in his way and I didn’t talk to him. Just a rude person with an ugly ponytail. I will probably never go back here again and I only live 5 minutes away. Good job!“

“Visiting from Denver and had to stop by this shop. Holy cow, unreal sandwiches. Came back three times total while we were here to try different subs and they were all 10/10. If you’re in Newport you have to come to this place and snag an Italian or a cheesesteak. Will definitely miss this place now that we are leaving town. Great vibes and super friendly staff as well.“

“We have been here twice now and both times were great experiences. This is located right near the beach in Newport. Delicious drinks, friendly service, and great chips and salsa. Fun party like atmosphere. Best part is ample free parking outside which is rare for this part of Newport. Highly recommend stopping by after your beach day, you won't regret it.“

“Cafe Sakana is a true Gem in Orange County! Tucked away in the back of a sleek-fashionable plaza.. this Restaurant nails it on all levels! Service, Food and Atmosphere. I can't say enough about this Family owned Restaurant. The late owner Jay truly put his heart and soul into the Restaurant and the family carries out his Legacy! Mayumi, Roy and the Staff are quite pleasant and I am so looking forward to coming back again soon. I am a big fan of the Nigiri! My favorites were the Sea Bream, Blue Crab, Peppered Tuna, and Salmon Pesto. The Jay Roll was also a must. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed.“

“Exquisite food. Excellent service. This is a walk-up pizzeria so the atmosphere is sidewalk friendly lol. Pizza was a good price Plus they put extra cheese. Definitely going to go back to this establishment. If I had to do it over again I would have called ahead or made an online order. Parking is a pain between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Parking: There's only a handful of spots for you to park. I would definitely order prior to coming to this establishment so that you can pull up, pop out of your car, get your pizza order, and slip on out of there like restock better“

We were able to sneak in a quick breakfast before our whale tour at the Little Italy location, and thank goodness we did! My only regret is not visiting every single day for their exceptional breakfast and high-quality juices! I ordered the All I Avo Wanted - Blue corn, waffle, smashed avocado, feta, shaved radish, over easy egg, chili flakes, hemp seeds, salsa macha. I mean, holy moly. The delivery was beautifully executed and built perfectly. The blue corn waffle was moist yet firm. My mother ordered the Shakshuka - another favorite dish of mine that WOWed. You can not go wrong with Parakeet. Thank you to the divine chefs and baristas - you made Parakeet the most beloved restaurant during our time in California!!!“
