The food is great- breakfast and lunch you can't go wrong! The service is A+. Jay, the owner, and his wife are very personable and professional. I highly recommend going there.
Cafe Artys is fantastic, the food is fresh and superb, the spicy Italian and breakfast burritos/quesadillas are top notch as well. Can’t recommend this place enough, The parking gate has a 15 minute grace period and the machines work perfectly and are really fast so don’t worry about that. Highly recommend, it’s so easy to just go for a chain food restaurant but supporting a small local business is so important these days not too mention it’s so much more...read full review
Great deli/cafe on the ground floor of the 1301 Dove St office building. Good selection of salads, sandwiches, etc. They also have very good breakfast menu which is served all day. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. It is worth going to even if you do not work in that specific building. You can order online and your food is ready when you arrive.

Cafe Artys is a great deli/cafe on the ground floor of the 1301 Dove St office building. It offers a good selection of salads, sandwiches, and a very good breakfast menu served all day. Customers love the Spicy Italian Sub, tuna melts, breakfast burritos, and croissant sandwiches. The Wednesday special Chili is extra hot but amazing. Everything is fresh beyond expectation. The food is always on point and service is top notch. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is quick and convenient, and customers can order online for food ready on arrival. It is worth going to even if you do not work in that specific building.
