Even when they are busy, they take care to use precautions to avoid cross-contamination when I advise them of my gluten allergy. I'm celiac and have not had a bad reaction here. Best gluten free sandwich! I especially love the sandwiches with pesto. Warm grilled gf bread!
Delicious sandwiches EVERY TIME and although I have never spoken to someone directly, I've gotten apology note for out of stock chips and things like that (so they sent me double chips or double lollipops!).
