I had a business about a block from Woody's back in the '90's. I went to HB to meet up with a friend at Woody's for lunch. Same great food as I was used to from years past.
We're from northern CA and visited Woody's a few times on our trips to LA. We were so thrilled to eat at a diner styled restaurant. We've enjoyed everything we've ordered - Chorizo and eggs, Paradise French toast & the combo(photos of both), smaller breakfast with avocado & fruit, different skillets.
