Alejandra provided excellent customer service even while working solo. Went to Cocos down the street. And was ignored for over 10 minutes. So we walked out. I'm so glad we did. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and provided drinks instantly. On top of the terrific service. Food was delicious.
Hadn't been to an ihop for awhile. Ate there today and found out that now if you want to substitute turkey bacon for regular bacon they now charge $1.99 extra. If you want egg whites instead of the whole egg, it's $1.29 extra. The menu suggests these substitutions but does not warn you of the extra charges.
