Secret: I hated eggs growing up. I learned to eat them, and even enjoy them for some of their health benefits - hello protein - but I will say if I had early exposure to eggtuck eggs, it might have been harder to hate them!

You can tell they really care about taking care of their customers. The food was on point across the board. The burritos were packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, the chicken and waffles were crispy, juicy, and balanced just right with the sweetness, and the breakfast burger was next-level — hearty, satisfying, and cooked exactly how I like it. “I was in the area for work and decided to stop in for breakfast. There was no wait—I was seated right away and had my drink in front of me within minutes. I ordered the Hobo Omelet with home fries (topped with onions and peppers) and white toast.

Service was fast and friendly, which made for a great start to the day. The omelet was delicious, with a nice, even mix of ingredients throughout. The home fries were a generous portion and perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crispy edges and flavorful peppers and onions. The toast was nicely browned, buttery, and served with both strawberry and grape jelly—though strawberry is always the clear winner in my book.

They told me they'd have a wait list of 20-25 mins so I stopped away for a while, when I came back, the server recognized me and ran out to inform me a table was cleared and got me seated quick. Once seated, the service from there was amazing and very quick. Once we had left, my brother forgot his sunglasses on the table and we never realized it until one of the waiters came running outside and found us and returned the glasses. The food is really great and I really like the relaxed/playful vibe of the staff, but situations like that can be frustrating—especially when already hungry. I’d just appreciate a bit more urgency when something goes wrong which with my experience happens regularly.“
