“Very convenient as this cafe it's inside a medical center, didn't expect that.
Food is clean, fresh and prepared instantly, so kudos for that. I got a strawberry/banana smoothie, delicious and a club sandwich that I was craving for that was crunchy, fresh, vast and amazing!
Service is fast although don't expect them to be very communicative.“
“Courtyard Marriott hotel food spot. Good but pricey. Steel cut oatmeal is good and comes with fruit. Decent beer and bourbon selection. $7 cappuccino. Interior is blah hotel but there’s a fire pit outside that’s perfect for Cali nights. Friendly service.“

“We stopped by this restaurant after a meditation class at the park. This was my first visit. The restaurant offers free bread, which was warm and delicious. I ordered a California burger, and it was very good. I liked the food, and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back to try other dishes and enjoy the tasty bread again.“

“The food is outstanding but Ms.Jean is the real star!⭐️ She has this energy you can’t match! It was our first trip to Torrance and this will be our go to spot every time we’re in town! We had the Greek Omlette which was out of this world and the biscuits and gravy breakfast which I basically swallowed. House potatoes are a must!!! Thank you Ms. Jean!!!!!“

“Call ahead! The wait at the sandwich section can - at times - be a bit slow & tedious and can cost you half your lunch hour. Plus I don't love the fact that their default channel is "Fix News". Still, the salad bar is fabulous. Also, Maggie and Ruby absolutely rock! :-)“

“San Pedro Café, led by owner Jhon Marovich, is a true standout in San Pedro and one of the top dining spots in the area. The restaurant offers excellent value for families—our group of eight enjoyed a full meal for around $80, making it both affordable and satisfying. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful décor and framed photos of famous personalities that give the café a unique character and charm.
Jhon personally took the time to explain the dishes and their nutritional value, making the experience feel personal and genuine. The service was exceptional from start to finish, especially from our server, Arlet, who was incredibly attentive, always smiling, professional, and quick to make sure every table need was taken care of. Her positive energy and hospitality truly elevated the dining experience.
The café also features an open bar, a kid-friendly menu, vegetarian options, and a solid selection of wines and spirits. Parking is convenient, the area feels safe with regular police patrols nearby, and the restrooms were spotless and well maintained. Overall, San Pedro Café delivers outstanding hospitality, comfort, and value, making it a highly recommended place for families, friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience in San Pedro.

“April 2026 - Very good and big portion of Dutch baby pancakes but $36 for 1 small milk, 1 order of the Dutch Babies and 1 side of 2 eggs (+ tax and tip).. Seriously, WTFF!? - Notice: no meat even at this price!! I wanted a side of bacon but that would have been another $8/$9. For 2 (?) slices of bacon!! No thanks! PS Go over to Cozy Cafe instead, not far, actually cute and charming place w/ personality and way more reasonable prices.“

“I love the donuts here. They are so fresh all the time everytime. The gentleman that served me was so kind and friendly. The blueberry glazed donut is so delicious and Again very fresh and I've been there lately night and early afternoon times when the donuts shouldn't be so fresh but not at Top Donuts it seems no matter what time of day they are always fresh. “One of the best breakfast options in Manhattan Beach, and one of my favorites in South Bay in general. It’s in between a traditional breakfast restaurant and a diner, and some things I love about it are it has friendly and quick service, a giant menu, and great food. Inside is pretty large so it can host many different sized groups, and has booth and table seating. Parking in the area can be a bit tricky, we found a metered street spot a block away, but you may have to circle a few times before finding a spot.
For this visit, I chose the Crab & Avocado Benedict because those are two of my two favorite things combined, so it was a no-brainer to order. The crab was very tasty and the hollandaise was made perfectly and overall it was a great dish. I also ordered a side of fruit and they really did not skimp on the fruit quality, they gave me banana, watermelon, grapes, and didn’t just throw the melon and cantaloupe at me.
Overall, a great breakfast option and I plan to be back many times in the future.“

“We came on a Wed morning and were overjoyed to find this family owned cafe that has survived 60 years I think the owner shared. The omlets were not only yummy but beautifully displayed with like a half of an avocado on each! There is so much love poured into that room! You can see the generations on the wall. I hope it stays alive another 60 years! Thanks Mike..I think we did see that church you got married in up on the hill on our way into Santa Barabara!“
“We popped in here for dinner before ashow at the Forum. We were staying downthe street and google popped this up as agood spot. There weren't very many carsoutside so we ventured in. “We found this gem of a place a little over a year ago. We try and go every weekend for our “brunch” favorites! We love the staff and Chef .. who are all “family”. The best food, with the nicest staff…and the ambiance isn’t too shabby either. It’s such a joy to go and eat there. Take your time, this is not the type of place you go to to “rush” your meal…“
“Your average donut place with coffee and pastries. Only cash, has an ATM but just take cash. Nothing out of the ordinary. It is simple and easy. Pastries are really good. Only outstanding thing is how cheap the donuts and coffees are, really good price.“

“Social has very good quality food. There's options for everyone. Price point is quite high, as to be anticipated by hotel restaurants. My only complaint: We have been attending a convention at the LAX Marriott for 8 years now and one would hope that the leadership at the hotel would be well aware than their restaurants will be significantly impacted when there's now 3000+ people there for the weekend. The staff does their absolute best but at the end of the day, there aren't enough of them and the kitchen staff clearly struggles to get the meals plated up in a reasonable amount of time. So if you plan on eating at Social, plan on allowing more time than you think you need and for heaven sake be patient with your restaurant staff. They are doing their best.“
