“I've been working nearby for about a month now, and I've had a few items here. Their sandwiches are pretty good. The club sandwich is huge!! Perfect for sharing. Today I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was tasty. If you're nearby, this is a pretty good place for a quick bite to eat. I took off 1 start because it's very over priced. My burger and fries came out to $15 (tax included). Another tip: do NOT get the buffalo chicken salad. It's a $15 salad, and there was very little chicken. Plus, the blue cheese came in giant blocks rather than crumbles throughout the salad, and finally, the buffalo sauce has a very peppery kick to it. Was not expecting that. Made me cough after the first bite (and I really love spice). The staff is very friendly and I have yet to encounter a huge wait.“

Food was good and reasonably priced (especially compared to our hotel) and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. If we had been in the area longer, we would have gone back. “EAT is a tiny breakfast/ lunch restaurant but the food is amazing. I went there with my friends a bit ago and I had the Salmon omelet. I love salmon but never tried it in an omelet. The manager, Theresa, came to greet us at the hostess stand and took us to our table. I asked for good recommendations and this was one of the items she referenced. My GAWD it was delicious! I also had their breakfast potatoes, so good. Very well seasoned. My friends ordered a breakfast sandwich and the Killing Me Softly (French toast). They each enjoyed their food. A couple of bites in Theresa circled back to our table from making her rounds to the other guests and asked how we enjoyed our food, great follow through. I certainly would recommend this restaurant. Not only is the food good, but the service is amazing. I tried to leave Theresa a tip because she was super attentive in the midst of running back and forth to the kitchen, but she refused (as a manager should) and gave it to her server instead. Only downside to this location is that there is very limited seating, but usually you can find a seat by the time your order is ready. Everything here is à la cart, but the griddle cakes are enough to fill you up as they come in a stack of three— they don’t serve the griddle cakes after 12 PM I think! The staff here is so friendly and attentive, they brought the food right to the table and cleared my plate as soon as I was done.?As far as parking is concerned, there is metered street parking available! As far as accessibility, the counters are at a appropriate height for a wheelchair. The menus are very legible, only concern is big wheelchairs maneuvering around the small space. “City Kitchen has been one of my neighborhood favorites since I moved to the area. The service is great. I absolutely love coming to a place where the people who work there remember you. The space has so many options for seating, so you don't have to wait long. Everything I have ordered here I have like. I especially love their pancakes. “I frequent this particular IHOP restaurant several times a year as I am a often a user of LAX airport. I have never had poor service there and yesterday's visit was no different. Waitress was attentive, the food was excellent. Prices are on the higher end of competitive but not out of line with the industry. I have to add with honesty that doing business in California in this day and age is almost impossible. I will return to this IHOP restaurant the next time that I go to LAX and I can certainly recommend it as a place to visit.“

Pancakes have that French toast flavor to them and what you thought to be syrup is not. I won't give anything away so you can experience for yourself. We got an order of eggs over easy that when poked, the yolk is not yellow like everywhere else. It was that orange you see when you hand pick the egg from the nest. The fries were another surprise for me. They were exactly what I had in mind although I wasn't the one that ordered them. I ended up eating half of my wife's plate they were so delicious. We also had the chicken sausage which I originally thought to be hash browns. Full of flavor and really enjoyable. How it works: order first, take your number to the table, wait to be blown away. If you want the works of the traditional, basic American breakfast (eggs/bacon or sausage/potatoes and hashbrowns) then you'll need to ask if the works are extra from your order of pancakes. The lovely part of this place is that they have plenty of condiments to decorate your meal. It's a great spot for breakfast or brunch. The food is pretty darn delicious. In terms of seating, it's a little compact. They have plenty of tables both indoors and outdoors, also, they have seating with their diner bar. I've gone twice already and the wait staff are just great people. The customer service is good because they are attentive to you and your meals. Overall Bea Bea's is a great spot, just be prepared to wait if your party is big. The wait is worth it.“
