“My son and I love exploring coffee shops around our neighborhood. We have our regular spot, Maru, but we also enjoy trying up and coming cafes and supporting local businesses. A few blocks from our home, we found Bome Coffee, tucked away in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Beverly Hills. The shop has a clean, minimalist design that feels calm and inviting. No outdoor seating yet, but the coffee more than makes up for it. I tried their signature latte with raspberry cream and was surprisingly good, like really good. I was genuinely impressed. My son had the Spanish latte and loved it. We’ll definitely be back.“

We were able to sneak in a quick breakfast before our whale tour at the Little Italy location, and thank goodness we did! My only regret is not visiting every single day for their exceptional breakfast and high-quality juices! I ordered the All I Avo Wanted - Blue corn, waffle, smashed avocado, feta, shaved radish, over easy egg, chili flakes, hemp seeds, salsa macha. I mean, holy moly. Excellent vegan pastries which are on the same delicious level as those I’ve had in Paris, Amsterdam, and London. The dining options were also fantastic, beautifully displayed, and very filling. “Layla Bagels is a uniquely special bagel place with creative flavors and addictively good & chewy bagels .

I got the Evil Steve on a jalapeños cheddar bagel for brunch and it was perhaps the best brunch bagel of my life ! The combination of slightly spicy pepper jam with tangy goat cheese smear and delicious smoked turkey wrapped in the jalapeño cheese bagel is extraordinary. Best part was the crunchy and crispy shallots to add that final profile in an already special bagel . Out of this world good .

They are also offering a gluten free bagel which is also rare to see .

If Layla were to ever expand to other states they would have a huge following.

“Novikov Coffee Spot is one of the most beautiful coffee shops in Beverly Hills. The atmosphere is elegant, stylish, and relaxing, making it a perfect place for a morning coffee or an afternoon break. The coffee was excellent, made with high-quality beans and served beautifully. The pastries and desserts were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I especially loved the sophisticated interior and the overall vibe of the place. Definitely a spot I would return to and recommend to anyone looking for a premium coffee experience in Los Angeles.“

I walked in while waiting for an MRI appointment next door and discovered one of those small neighborhood cafés that reminds you why independent businesses matter.

The pistachio latte was the best I've ever had, the coffee and snacks were excellent, and the service couldn't have been better.

The owner, Timothy, was genuinely welcoming and a fantastic conversationalist. I ended up spending my extra time chatting with him, and it turned what could have been an anxious morning into an unexpectedly enjoyable one.

He mentioned that his family came to this country through Ellis Island, and there was something refreshingly authentic about the whole experience. Just warm, friendly, old-fashioned customer service from someone who clearly cares about both his customers and his business.

“Splurge Café is such a hidden gem in Beverly Hills! It’s inside an office building on Wilshire, so you might miss it if you’re just walking by, but it’s definitely worth stopping in. The place is super convenient, clean, and has a really easy vibe for grabbing something quick.

I love that the food is fresh and not just your standard “grab and go” stuff — they’ve got good salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and even ice cream if you’re in the mood for a treat. The staff is always nice and quick, which makes it perfect for a lunch break or a pick-me-up between errands.

“AMO Coffee Beverly Hills is not the typical coffee shop, and that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s located inside Beverly Hills Bagels (it was supposed to be more a to go thing), and while you won’t find the super duper cozy couch vibe of the big chains, what you will find is exceptional coffee, crafted by well educated baristas who truly know and love their work.

Every bean here feels carefully chosen, every cup made with intention. It’s clear that quality matters more than trends (ok, I exaggerate a bit, but that is ok?! ;-)). You can sit down, enjoy your coffee with a real New York–style bagel (yes! It is inside of a bagel shop! Isn’t this cool??!!, or even get some work done - if you want to - the space is open, calm, and welcoming and good music is there, too.

“This coffee shop is a bit hidden. I am glad I was able to find it. Parking was good; it is limited but doable. I ordered the Honeycomb Toffee made with whole milk, and I added vanilla syrup and cold foam to it. The barista suggested it because he said it was not sweet and had a strong coffee flavor. The coffee presentation was awesome; I am glad that I added the extra ingredients. The sweetness level was perfect! The atmosphere was lively, a bit crowded, and spacious. The barista was talking to his co-worker and kinda ignored me. I felt awkward just standing there. Service could be better. The price was okay, the cold foam was $0.50, which is affordable. Overall, this was a good coffee shop to get a quick coffee.“

“The men’s restroom is in disrepair with a light fixture having one out of two bulbs out and the blow dryer for your hands isn’t working properly and the sink fixture is falling apart. I consulted Blanche the manager and she told me the inside is do for a refresh June 20th and those things should be addressed. The bathroom is very dark. My ice coffee was made correctly and folks working were very cordial. Prices were a dollar more compared to other Beverly Hill Starbucks but that’s not a big deal. Outside and inside seating is pleasant. Music is nice and still you can hear on a phone call and speaking to one another. Come to this one now or after the refresh.“
