“The line on weekends is usually a 35-45min wait, but they are quick once you order.
The bagels looked amazing, but the taste was slightly better than average in my opinion. I prefer New York bagel spots a bit more.
Worth a try, but probably not a revisit“

“Almost too hip of an atmosphere. Looks futuristic and like a hipster puked all over it but it’s still cute. I miss the old schnackenbergs! This place looks odd in old cute charming uptown Hoboken. It’s very Portland-esque. Good salad tho.“

“The coffee was simply amazing, boasting a rich taste complemented by a delightful splash of prosecco. Paired with a croissant filled with turkey and Gruyere cheese, the experience was elevated even further.
The ambiance was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I'm genuinely impressed by the quality of coffee they offer and will definitely be returning for more.“

“Holey Grail Donuts is a stylish shop located on Main St in Santa Monica.
Having tried my fair share of donuts, I can say that Holey Grail Donuts is truly exceptional. Made with Hawaiian taro root and fried to order in coconut oil, their donuts are a flavor explosion. With creative and seasonal fillings, this shop is a must-visit for donut lovers. The unique flavor combinations are particularly impressive.
I tried the Taro Donuts and was instantly hooked. If you're tired of the same old donuts, Holey Grail Donuts is a game-changer that you need to try!“
“Love this spot, so cute, perfect little stop by and hang. The team inside is too sweet and amazing at their craft. It’s not just a job for them, they’re excited about what they serve.
Sunny & Taylor elevated the short trip for coffee and snacks.
10/10 recommend 7even Seas Coffee Co :)“

“The smoothie that I always love to drink is a Magic Bullet, full of organic nutrition and spirulina, a vegetable protein easy to digest... Spirulina has very thin cell walls making it a protein easiest of all proteins for the body to metabolize, very accessible for the human digestive system. I'm so addicted to this goodness, that I buy it at least 3 times a week, a treat to my tastebuds and my health! Yummy like a liquid candy bar :)“

“A very chill place to get coffee in the morning or wine in the afternoon! Can sometimes be tough to get a seat with everyone working on their laptops in the morning, but the space is fairly large (with a nice outdoor patio too) so usually something opens up if you wait.“

Easy to park, but pay the meter, the meter people make a sweep in the morning. Lovely place to sit, lots of shaded places.“

Nearly every item is under $20 and delicious. The ingredients are fresh and leave you feeling full and good. There’s great variety so everyone in a group can find something that speaks to them. We love Rabanos!

“I’ve never seen such beautiful outdoor and indoor seating in my life this place is a little treasure I’ll bring everything from Suites two delicious sugar-free specials artwork from local artisans and fresh honey they have a really cool display of an old coffee maker that is going to be one of the best I’ve ever seen her I thought I was walking into a museum they introduced me to something called a Kyoto slow drip which is a Japanese process for making super strong coffee it’s one of the neatest things I’ve ever seen other for some reason expected to come to life and become a robot and pour my coffee Because it’s one of the most unique combinations of glass and metal I’ve ever seen in my life it has a very precise feeling to it. the staff was incredibly friendly they also had several other little contraptions making coffee that I had never seen before but they were very kind and educated me the bathroom is a gender they except most cashless forms of payment the menu greasy right when you walk in I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a neat place before. I highly recommend enjoying hunter ceiling is covered features a lot of fresh plants and flowers to enjoy it has an tranquilizing Brisa comes right off the ocean.“

“So good! Any time I am in Santa Monica for work, I make sure to stop here at least once as we don't have Blue Bottle in Las Vegas. The menu is pretty simple and not too extensive. I love lattes, and they have 2 different kinds, I go for the iced sweet latte. It's really simple and very tasty. I'm not a fan of strong tasting coffees, and this one is perfect. They also have some good food options if you are hungry.
It can get pretty busy in here as it gets later in the morning. I ended up here both times around 8:45 or so with a line up to the door. The staff is very nice and tries to get through the line as quickly as they can while also making drinks and food. They handle it very well! Great coffee and very nice service. I love it here and wish I could get this all the time back home!“

“I write for a music and coffee blog called Crooners In Coffeeshops, in which I interview local musicians at local coffeeshops. My writeup reflects the positive experience that I encountered at UnUrban Coffee House on our interview date. In a congested city like Los Angeles, it’s sometimes easier to go to the closest coffee chain just purely out of convenience and time. However, we end up losing the experience of stepping into a kooky hole-in-the-wall place that has clearly made customers happy for many years. UnUrban Coffee in Santa Monica is one of those hidden gems that can be the home for many fun experiences. Whether you’re stopping by to pick up your morning brew, reuniting with a long-time friend, or happen to be there to witness some type of cool live performance in their stage area, you’re sure to feel perfectly at home. The first thing that you’ll notice about UnUrban is that it’s heavily influenced by art, which is clearly showcased from its building artwork, outdoor furniture, and even its logo. Luckily, you get that same amount of quirkiness reflected when you step through its retro screen covered wooden doors as you are welcomed by bright colors infused everywhere you can possibly imagine, and the displaying of unique local artwork lining its walls for patrons to enjoy. And the more art-focused the shop is, at least for me, the more options there are for food and drink that meets everyone’s dietary restrictions or preferences. I took advantage of their specialty drink menu and went with an Earl Gray Tea Latte which specific name escapes me. Overall, art lovers and caffeine lovers alike will enjoy their time here.“

“I had high expectations because the store was pretty, but I didn't expect it to be this delicious. Banana pudding is crazy. Sea salt chocolate chips are also the best. Be sure to eat it when you come to LA. It was the best dessert I had in the western United States. Plus, the owner or the server? So kind. Parking is very convenient. I will always come back to Seobu Omyeon.“

“This place really is sweet. I love the open space, the variety of drinks and homemade tropical syrups, and the food menu that is different enough from the food you can find at other farm-to-table cafes in Santa Monica that this one is worth the visit. The avo toast and breakfast sando are delicious.“

“Great pricy place for breakfast, fancy coffee, pastries. Lines out the door but was doable at 9am this morning on Labor Day Monday. Pricy, food was pretty, but taste was so so. Carrot teff cupcake (small) was very cold and hard-but again pretty! $48“

“Tiny little shop on main street. Here's my Santa Monica Groundwork review. I buy freshly roasted beans by the bag here; they give me a free drink with bag purchase = good deal. Light roast beans are excellent. The coffee drinks are fragrant. Not cheap but no upcharge for soy milk.“

“I didn’t expect much since the overall ratings are average, but this place is right across the street from the Tesla chargers, so it was very convenient when I needed to charge the car and get my toddler out to walk around for a bit. I was happy to see that they had lavender lattes on the menu cuz those are my favorite. I was even happier with how it tasted—not overly sweet, and perfect velvety foam. I was also very pleased that they had a savory pastry option. The caramelized onion scone looked suspiciously dry, but it wasn’t. It was quite moist and delicious, which was another wonderful surprise. But the best part for me (which is very parent-specific, so probably not relevant to most people), was the fact that the kids steamed milk I got for my 1.5yr old was actually perfect temperature, with a nice amount of foam. As a parent, it’s rare that a barista has the awareness or experience to recognize a good temperature for younger babies. Most of the time at other cafes, the milk is still too hot for kids younger than 5. But this barista was pretty awesome and skilled, and I soooooo appreciate that attention to such a seemingly benign detail. I didn’t get their name, but I was overall very impressed.“

“Visited multiple times during our stay in Santa Monica. The donuts are delicious. It’s no frills, definitely not one of these new fancy donut shops. But the donuts are simple, tasty and reasonably priced ($10 for a half dozen). The folks working behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.“
“Great coffee!!! Great atmosphere!! Love the neighborhood/ community feel to it.“
“I have to come to this building frequently for medical reasons and it's a frustrating, dreary experience. Having a local, friendly barista to greet you is a special thing and it makes my day during a sad season.Ross is a fantastic, friendly man behind the counter. So knowledgeable and fun! Today is the first day they've opened and even though it was clear things weren't working exactly how he wanted them to, he handled it with class, charm and charisma. This is a local, independently owned coffee shop and the care put into each detail is palpable.I had a loose-leaf English Breakfast tea with cream, and even such a simple order was treated with care. The cup was also COMPLETELY RECYCLABLE, something big chains have been promising for years, but that Rocky's implemented on day 1.“
