“This place is INCREDIBLE. Their croissants are out of this world! My absolute favorite things to get here are the kouign-amann and today I had the absolute best cinnamon roll I've ever tasted! I swear it was life changing! It was so buttery and gooey inside yet crispy on the outside. I also had a pistachio lemon croissant which was just fantastic! Not as life changing as the cinnamon roll but still wonderful.

This place gets BUSY and sells out so try to get there early because the word is out. On the weekends there's always a line out the door onto the sidewalk, but I assure you, it's worth the wait!

As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted by the most luxurious aroma of brown butter and caramelizing pastry dough - it's enough to make the mouth water immediately.“

“I go to Jyan either once a week or every other week. I will never buy store bread again. Their pastries are delicious, their bagels are far superior than a certain neighbor’s, and the coffee is great. I also buy their granola to top on my chia seed pudding. 12/10. A true bakery gem.“

From the outside, you wouldn’t expect it to be a really chill, relaxing vibe type of place with open kitchen and great place of local neighborhood organic ingredients joint. Very organic kid’s drawing pics hanging throughout the place, it doesn’t look out of place but more of family & neighborhood feeling kind of place. It’s an all day place with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Got here between breakfast & lunch and both menu looks fantastic. Want to order them all but settled for pizzas and salad & of course lemonchello spitz. Great pizza dough and the ingredients are fresh and you can see and taste it that it makes with love for sure. Salad was good abit blanched for me but was focusing on the pizza so…very well make and well cook in the wood fired oven. The pastries look delish and smell fantastic. Service was attentive and friendly, no rush but chill vibe type of service. Prices wise, for 2 pizzas, a cocktail, and a salad and with tip…$150. Parking can be a hassle but if you are willing to walk a little, free neighborhood street parking or if you can find parking within 200feets, then it will be paid street parking or paid garage parking nearby. Still thinking of their pizzas, yum!“

“Cookie Good is so reliably delicious! I've ordered their cookies for many events and life milestones over the years, from graduations to birthday parties. I recently bought several dozen wrapped cookies for a birthday party, and adults and kids alike loved them. They had so much fun trying all the creative flavors, and of course, kept telling me how tasty every flavor was. I highly recommend!“

“One of the most unassuming donut shops in Santa Monica that cranks out perfect donuts and croissants. They also offer fresh juices which are popular with everyone. You know its a serious donut shop when they offer two sizes of apple fritters! They have great ham & cheese croissants, ready to go or they'll warm it up for you. They also handcraft a variety of breakfast sandwiches, bagel egg & sausage sandwiches, or great lunch sandwich options. “I hadn’t been to Bubble Boba in years, and coming back reminded me how much I like this place.

Service is quick, everything tastes fresh, and they always get it right. This time I had the Hojicha Milk Tea—a roasted Japanese green tea with a rich, nutty flavor—and it was so good. Light, smooth, and just the right amount of caffeine and boba. for those wondering Boba are made of tapioca versus mochi which are made of rice.

The K-pop music gives it a fun vibe, and the staff is always kind. It’s also in a prety walkable area, so it’s easy to grab a drink and stroll but it's mostly been a great destination for the times I had to take my children to soccer or if you have to go to Santa Monica college or a quick stop in after visiting one of the cute art studios here. “I have been pre-diabetic since my 30's (genetic) but I'm a sucker for baked goods. I try to eat bakery items with high fiber, low carbs and sugar but generally it's too damn hard to find healthy options so I tend to focus on items with nuts. Coconut is a god-send so I kind of know all the places to get good coconut-based baked items.

After trying Julian's coconut cookies today, I have to say I have never had one better. The chewy texture, the clear taste of coconut, and the sophisticated use of coconut sugar all came through as a perfect creation. Better than my go to coconut cookie at Fat+ Flour in Culver City. Julian is a baking GENIUS! His creations may seem simple but he is not satisfied until they are as perfect as they can be so you know you are lucky to be one of the few people who get to try his creations.“

This is the best cookie I’ve ever had so far. Not too sugary at all. It has sweetness but perfectly balanced. Berry Matcha Cookie is what I ordered. The taste is so hard to describe but yummy. 😋

Cold crew is also one of the best I’ve ever had. Don’t know why it has a little aroma when I drank it. Clean and thick on bitter layer is all I want from a coffee.

Classic Tiramisu is moderate like others. However I could taste from bitterness from this one. So love it.

The best of the best from today is Berry shortcake Tiramisu. I controlled so hard to just eat 1/3 and leave the rest for the other 2 days. So I won’t get fat. But truly it’s out of my expectation because I was so worried about desserts’ sweetness. Most Bakery just put so much sugar and I hesitated to try and left in my delivery cart for a week until today I decided to give a try.

Now I feel so relived and happier that it did not disappoint me but surprised me.

“Found Soriya - Nature Macarons last year when I was looking for a macaron cake my friend requested for her birthday. It was so good, everyone loved. This year my friend requested that I order from Soriya - Nature Macarons again. She loved it so much that’s all she could think about. Soriya has been so nice and helpful and accommodating to my order and the timeframe of my order needed. I am not a big sweets person nor do I fancy macarons. But when I tried hers.
