“I walked into this small place thinking of just getting a quick snack and was absolutely gobsmacked at how soft and fluffy their sugar glazed donut was. I went back every day during my trip to LA and the quality was top notch every single time. I was even more overjoyed when I found out they're open 24 hours. Even their croissants blew my mind with how soft and fluffy the pastry was! The best part is how affordable it is! Genuinely can't believe such a gem exists in this economy, highly recommend!!“

“I live in this area. my first trip here was great and I received great customer service and the coffee was good. the second trip I encountered someone who didn't really greet me when I came to the counter even though I was the only one and she wasn't really busy and the coffee she made was not that great because it was almost all oat milk on top and the syrup on the bottom. they definitely have very good pastries but the coffee is more questionable.“

“Stopped in for my first time this past weekend and thought they were pretty good. It’s true that this is not my favorite bagel spot in LA but I live very close by to it so it’s conveniently located for me and it really hit the spot this past Sunday morning. They don’t really have indoor seating, and it’s not very large on the inside because it is more of a to go type of spot however it’s not quite as quick as some of the other bagel spots. They seemed to have less staff than some of the others, so that could be the cause. The menu is quite large and they have a lot of great bagel flavor options. It’s located in a shopping mall so there’s plenty of free parking attached and close by. The lady behind the counter was polite and there were a lot of other customers in there as well so it seems like it’s a popular place.

My first visit I chose an Everything Bagel with cream cheese, avocado, and chorizo and enjoyed it. I wish the chorizo would’ve been spicier and had a little bit more flavor, but the other components were really good. The Everything Bagel was a little bit heavy on the sesame, but still I enjoyed it. We also tried one of the Garlic Bagels, and thought it was actually very nice. It was not overly garlicky but well balanced. I would give this place another try in the future and would recommend to anyone in the area.“

I tried the chocolate chip, london fog, vanilla bean sugar cookie, and napolitaine petit trois. The first 3 are expertly done; they taste about how you would expect- like homemade cooke with perfect texture. I have never had anything like napolitaine on the other hand, idk how she did that but I was blown away.“

“This place is INCREDIBLE. Their croissants are out of this world! My absolute favorite things to get here are the kouign-amann and today I had the absolute best cinnamon roll I've ever tasted! I swear it was life changing! It was so buttery and gooey inside yet crispy on the outside. I also had a pistachio lemon croissant which was just fantastic! Not as life changing as the cinnamon roll but still wonderful.

This place gets BUSY and sells out so try to get there early because the word is out. On the weekends there's always a line out the door onto the sidewalk, but I assure you, it's worth the wait!

“Some of the best pastries in town. Almond and cheese croissants are my favorite. Croissants are very flaky so if that’s not your style, you may not enjoy.

This place sells until they’re out.

I most recently got there 10 mins before opening on a weekend and there was a short line in front of me, with an even longer line behind me once i left.

There is no seating at all. It’s a tiny storefront with all of the space dedicated to the bakery and organizing orders. You order at the door.

The staff are really nice but there isn’t a ton of service bc they’re just taking the order and handing pastries.

Definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“MIGHT BE THE BEST PIE I’VE EVER TRIED 🥧⭐

This was my first time trying key lime pie bc I usually don’t like lime unless it’s in a drink. BUT OH WOW I’ve been missing out!!!

The key lime pie was SO good. I love sour flavors, and I think the filling had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. It might be a little too sour if you eat the lime filling by itself, but with the cream and crust together?? BOMB!!

I also tried the banana cream pie and really liked it! It tasted just like banana pudding. I think it would be even better with a crust like the one on the key lime pie, if that’s possible!

The service was great, the restroom was clean, and the place was super cute too.

“I went into this location for the first time today. I love their cakes but I got mochi donuts instead. It was quick and easy to be able to pick out my baked goods. There were a lot of options to pick from at 6:30 PM which was a good sign! Javier helped me at the register to check out and he was attentive and polite. There is seating inside and outside which is nice. Overall my experience was positive and I’d come back!“

“Lee’s cafe is a Taiwanese-style cafe with a hint of Hong Kong sparkle, serving the perfect mix of Taiwanese and Hong Kong food. The toast is absolutely marvelous, and I truly believe it is worth every penny. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the other dishes. The sesame cold noodles were good, but missing something—I felt they didn’t quite hit the mark. The wontons were delicious, but the braised pork belly rice was your typical run-of-the-mill rice. Nothing terribly special, but delicious nonetheless. The HK milk tea, however, leaned very watery and missed the signature strong tea taste of a HK milk tea.
Also, their bathroom sink was broken and put as a “use at your own risk”. Hopefully they have fixed this since my visit!
Yet, through all this, I would still return to Liu’s kitchen—for their toast!“

“We had a nice, cozy dinner here and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered our pasta without cheese, but it was accidentally served with cheese. The staff handled the mistake very professionally and apologized immediately. They quickly brought us the correct order, and the service throughout the evening was friendly and attentive. Mistakes can happen, but the way they resolved the situation was excellent.“

“This is my go-to neighborhood bakery now. Living within short walking distance means I come here every week. I've tried every pastry by now and each one is excellent. They often add new seasonal pastries, most recently a strawberry danish topped with creamy frosting and filled with house-made jam; easily the best vegan pastry I've ever had. Their freshly baked breads are almost all vegan, most of their cakes are vegan, they have vegan sandwiches, and all of their café drinks can be vegan with plenty of plant milks available. Many of these are gluten free as well for those concerned about that, and always clearly marked. These are NOT pastries for crunchy health-food types, they are incredible and indulgent vegan versions of the same croissants, pan au chocolat, scones, cookies, muffins, etc you'd get in any European style bakery. It's a great place to go with omni friends and family because the vegan options are just as good as the nonvegan ones. The place has a really cozy neighborhood type feeling, drawing regulars from the area including families and plenty of cute dogs, and the staff and owners are all super friendly. My omni fiancé and I are having them make our wedding cake! Pro tip 1: go before closing from 2:30-3:00 Monday-Thursday for 30% off everything. Pro tip 2: their day-old breads are half off, which makes their breads a total steal. The red velvet cake, cinnamon roll, and chocolate cake were so delicious that each bite was like heaven. If you like coffee I can 100% guarantee that this place will be your go to place for coffee. To top off my day, I also ordered their brisket sandwich. The brisket was so tender that it melted in my mouth and it was packed with so much flavor that had me wanting more. How I wish this place was in my home state of Florida. If you are ever in the Los Angeles area or are fortunate to live here please give this place a try and I promise you will make Marigold Bakeshop your home away from home. I went during the free thin cookie giveaway and bought the Dubai style chocolate cookie. $7 for 2 thin cookies. I got the brownie batter and it was great, falling apart but good. Taste wise for Dubai chocolate was also good. Cookie quality in terms of taste is not the issue. I love chewy cookies but I'm giving it 3 stars for value and also how my cookies stuck together by the time I got home, which was less than 2 miles, so packaging fail. The ladies working at the shop was nice and quick. But $7 for 2 filmsy cookie is a bit expensive in my opinion.“

“What a gem in the middle of Redondo Blvd! Family owned bakery with comfort in every way. Went in to grab a quick breakfast before a gig nearby and was blown away by the bagels! It smells of Indian Spices, warm and comforting, and I loved their bagel sandwich so much I savored it. My husband could not contain his love for his sandwich and gobbled it. The workers/owners are amazing! So kind, lovely customer service and very cool! What a great local spot for sweet or savory! If you’re a tea lovers their Masala Chai was HEAVENLY!
