“I needed a little European fix today, so I decided to visit Des Croissants Paris. First of all I just finished devouring 4 pastries that were in incredibly delicious!!! Top ingredients straight from France! But what made my visit an outstanding experience, was how lovely and gracious the staff was including the owner. We chatted about Spain and had one of those moments of community that are so rare in this city. I highly recommend this slice of French heaven in the middle of Culver City“

“Ordered the seasonal rose saffron latte (iced) and I thought the espresso and syrups worked really well together and did not get lost in the milk. :) their selection of pastries is really cool, my boyfriend and i enjoyed their orange olive oil loaf and apple pie kouign-amann. Workers were nice too!“

“My review is for the new thin cookies.
I went during the free thin cookie giveaway and bought the Dubai style chocolate cookie. $7 for 2 thin cookies. I got the brownie batter and it was great, falling apart but good. Taste wise for Dubai chocolate was also good. Cookie quality in terms of taste is not the issue. I love chewy cookies but I'm giving it 3 stars for value and also how my cookies stuck together by the time I got home, which was less than 2 miles, so packaging fail. The ladies working at the shop was nice and quick. But $7 for 2 filmsy cookie is a bit expensive in my opinion.“

“One of the best donuts (cruller) I have ever had! Got the Douglas Fir glaze (didn't want the cinnamon/sugar) & it was just ridiculous. Hot & crunchy on the outside, and soft & creamy on the inside - absolutely delectable. I'm drooling now just thinking about it!

“The goal was to look for a nice cake at a good price since the cake wasn’t going to be the center of attention. I showed Joanie some examples of some cakes I thought were beautiful but I was sure it would be too expensive to do. She helped me alter the design we picked just a little bit to stay on budget and let me tell you, this cake was PERFECT. We even placed it next to the champagne tower to display it for all to see. Not only did it look pretty but it also just tasted delicious. While the cake was meant to be an area we were trying to save money and keep our expectation low, it turned out completely opposite and we ended up with an absolutely beautiful cake at an incredible price. Thank you!! My only regret is not getting to eat more!“
“A friend ordered cookies for me from Jungle Bakes as a gift, and they were very well-packaged (none of them were damaged, which was a feat considering how buttery and delicate they are), beautifully decorated, and delicious. Highly recommend!“
