“Visited this establishment for the first time on a busy Saturday morning. Excellent vibe and welcoming staff!

​When one of my food items never arrived, I went inside and saw a 40-person line. I flagged down Steven M. at the espresso machine to see if he could point me in the right direction. Instead of passing the torch, Steven took full ownership of the situation. He was exceptionally polite, coordinated directly with the kitchen and register teams, and resolved the issue with a great attitude. This was NOT his job, and he did it all professionally with a smile. ​Customer service like Steven’s is rare.

“Bakery cookies don’t get any better than this! Honestly though, I was more blown away by Laraaya. Even in a 1 minute interaction with a customer, she makes you feel like best friends. She is bright, welcoming, and you can just tell she is living out her highest good. She makes a mean cookie too 😂.

I tried the chocolate chip, london fog, vanilla bean sugar cookie, and napolitaine petit trois. The first 3 are expertly done; they taste about how you would expect- like homemade cooke with perfect texture. I have never had anything like napolitaine on the other hand, idk how she did that but I was blown away.“

“This place is INCREDIBLE. Their croissants are out of this world! My absolute favorite things to get here are the kouign-amann and today I had the absolute best cinnamon roll I've ever tasted! I swear it was life changing! It was so buttery and gooey inside yet crispy on the outside. I also had a pistachio lemon croissant which was just fantastic! Not as life changing as the cinnamon roll but still wonderful.

This place gets BUSY and sells out so try to get there early because the word is out. On the weekends there's always a line out the door onto the sidewalk, but I assure you, it's worth the wait!

As soon as you walk in the door you're greeted by the most luxurious aroma of brown butter and caramelizing pastry dough - it's enough to make the mouth water immediately.“

“I go to Jyan either once a week or every other week. I will never buy store bread again. Their pastries are delicious, their bagels are far superior than a certain neighbor’s, and the coffee is great. I also buy their granola to top on my chia seed pudding. 12/10. A true bakery gem.“

From the outside, you wouldn’t expect it to be a really chill, relaxing vibe type of place with open kitchen and great place of local neighborhood organic ingredients joint. Very organic kid’s drawing pics hanging throughout the place, it doesn’t look out of place but more of family & neighborhood feeling kind of place. It’s an all day place with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Got here between breakfast & lunch and both menu looks fantastic. Want to order them all but settled for pizzas and salad & of course lemonchello spitz. Great pizza dough and the ingredients are fresh and you can see and taste it that it makes with love for sure. Salad was good abit blanched for me but was focusing on the pizza so…very well make and well cook in the wood fired oven. The pastries look delish and smell fantastic. Service was attentive and friendly, no rush but chill vibe type of service. Prices wise, for 2 pizzas, a cocktail, and a salad and with tip…$150. Parking can be a hassle but if you are willing to walk a little, free neighborhood street parking or if you can find parking within 200feets, then it will be paid street parking or paid garage parking nearby. Still thinking of their pizzas, yum!“

“Some of the best pastries in town. Almond and cheese croissants are my favorite. Croissants are very flaky so if that’s not your style, you may not enjoy.

This place sells until they’re out.

I most recently got there 10 mins before opening on a weekend and there was a short line in front of me, with an even longer line behind me once i left.

There is no seating at all. It’s a tiny storefront with all of the space dedicated to the bakery and organizing orders. You order at the door.

The staff are really nice but there isn’t a ton of service bc they’re just taking the order and handing pastries.

Definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

I recently bought several dozen wrapped cookies for a birthday party, and adults and kids alike loved them. “I went into this location for the first time today. I love their cakes but I got mochi donuts instead. It was quick and easy to be able to pick out my baked goods. There were a lot of options to pick from at 6:30 PM which was a good sign! Javier helped me at the register to check out and he was attentive and polite. This was my first time trying key lime pie bc I usually don’t like lime unless it’s in a drink. BUT OH WOW I’ve been missing out!!!

The key lime pie was SO good. I love sour flavors, and I think the filling had the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. It might be a little too sour if you eat the lime filling by itself, but with the cream and crust together?? BOMB!!

I also tried the banana cream pie and really liked it! It tasted just like banana pudding. I think it would be even better with a crust like the one on the key lime pie, if that’s possible!

The service was great, the restroom was clean, and the place was super cute too.

The red velvet cake, cinnamon roll, and chocolate cake were so delicious that each bite was like heaven. If you like coffee I can 100% guarantee that this place will be your go to place for coffee. To top off my day, I also ordered their brisket sandwich. The brisket was so tender that it melted in my mouth and it was packed with so much flavor that had me wanting more. How I wish this place was in my home state of Florida. If you are ever in the Los Angeles area or are fortunate to live here please give this place a try and I promise you will make Marigold Bakeshop your home away from home. “What a gem in the middle of Redondo Blvd! Family owned bakery with comfort in every way. Went in to grab a quick breakfast before a gig nearby and was blown away by the bagels! It smells of Indian Spices, warm and comforting, and I loved their bagel sandwich so much I savored it. My husband could not contain his love for his sandwich and gobbled it. The workers/owners are amazing! So kind, lovely customer service and very cool! What a great local spot for sweet or savory! If you’re a tea lovers their Masala Chai was HEAVENLY! I got it iced since it was so hot today, but I’d imagine it’s delicious any way they serve it! Perfection! What a treat on this workday! I went during the free thin cookie giveaway and bought the Dubai style chocolate cookie. $7 for 2 thin cookies. I got the brownie batter and it was great, falling apart but good. Taste wise for Dubai chocolate was also good. Cookie quality in terms of taste is not the issue. I love chewy cookies but I'm giving it 3 stars for value and also how my cookies stuck together by the time I got home, which was less than 2 miles, so packaging fail. The ladies working at the shop was nice and quick. But $7 for 2 filmsy cookie is a bit expensive in my opinion.“
