“Visited this establishment for the first time on a busy Saturday morning. Excellent vibe and welcoming staff!
When one of my food items never arrived, I went inside and saw a 40-person line. I flagged down Steven M. at the espresso machine to see if he could point me in the right direction. Instead of passing the torch, Steven took full ownership of the situation. He was exceptionally polite, coordinated directly with the kitchen and register teams, and resolved the issue with a great attitude. This was NOT his job, and he did it all professionally with a smile. Customer service like Steven’s is rare.

“Best restaurant I've been to ever that understands and caters to Celiac, but is so good you can actually bring people who are not gluten-free and they would never know they were eating gluten-free. I was in LA for a week and ate there 3 nights. I would have gone more but they're closed on Monday and Tuesdays.
