I no longer live in LA, but visit often and Hugo's is the ONLY restaurant that I have to go to when I'm in town. Multiple visits during each trip:) The food is so delicious and healthy with a beautiful presentation for every dish. Fantastic happy hour and impeccable service as well.
Edit: I am experiencing a pretty severe glutening 2 days later
I really wanted to love Hugo's, especially given its reputation for accommodating food allergies. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
I have celiac and ordered a gluten-free burger, but it arrived with a regular bun. Thankfully, I noticed immediately, although I'd already handled the bun before eating some fries, creating a possible cross-contact exposure.
