Pretty awesome and amazing entrance setup in their cafe when it comes to those delectable patisserie section.We got in a bit before our reservation time and were seated ( get a reservation before hopping in there) right away. Jessica was our host and walked us through the options and answered our questions around the popular options, patisserie section etc and we placed our order. Incredible menu. The food is exceptional. The service is personable and impeccable.Tyler has been exceptional. Because of his hospitality and attention to detail, we have become regulars. He is a wonderful ambassador for the brand and hopefully corporate acknowledges and rewards his brilliant contribution.

We went to the Bottega Louie in West Hollywood for dessert after dinner. They have so many cakes and desserts. I have difficulty deciding because they all look delicious and I wanted them all! LolWe decided to dine in and ordered a few items. The customer service is excellent. Our waitperson is very polite and attentive. The desserts are so good. I wish I could eat more!Parking: Street parking onlyWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair friendly
