I tried BEYOND BURGER and it was good, not great but liked it overall. My friends tried protein plate, fish and taco etc and everyone loved the food
I also had tequila based cocktail which was nice

“This was my first time ordering from moonbowls and I will definitely be coming back! I did a build your own steak bowl, with the spicy kimchi, sweet potatoes and mushrooms - solid 10/10!

I had the spicy house sauce, the gochugang sauce, and the chili crunch sauce and they were all good! My only complaint is they use Canola oil but I did give them feedback in hopes that they will make a change down the line, unfortunately so many restaurants still use seed oils, so until it becomes the NORM to be seed oil free, I feel like I can’t really complain all that much.

If you’re in the area I would highly recommend you try this place out! The pickup experience is different as well, they have a tablet that scans your order confirmation and assuming the order is ready already, it’s placed into a self serve locker that will open for you upon you checking in.

Ps. You DO have to buy your own utensils, which they charge $0.25 for, not the end of the world but definitely something to note, as i don’t think most people are accustomed to paying for their utensils.“

“Lovely place. Unfortunately for us, we've been passing this restaurant by for years, as there is almost always a small crowd waiting outside for a table. However, today we took a chance, parked on the street near the restaurant & ventured inside. -- The decor is not fancy, but the atmosphere is friendly, light & inviting. And, the smells coming from the kitchen, as well as the custom coffee drinks was enticing.
-- Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, explained several dishes, answered questions we had about drinks, menu options, made solid recommendations, and easily took our orders. -- The drinks arrived fairly quickly, followed a few minutes later by our requested orders. Our meals were hot & freshly prepared as ordered (& had not been left sitting under warming lights.) The items we chose were very tasty, the fresh fruit cups were chilled & appeared to be prepped shortly before the meal was served. Very nice. Long before we had finished eating, we'd decided we would be returning to this hidden little gem on PCH to adventure further into the menu & sample some additional treats prepared by the chef & staff. “Visited this establishment for the first time on a busy Saturday morning. Excellent vibe and welcoming staff!

​When one of my food items never arrived, I went inside and saw a 40-person line. I flagged down Steven M. at the espresso machine to see if he could point me in the right direction. Instead of passing the torch, Steven took full ownership of the situation. He was exceptionally polite, coordinated directly with the kitchen and register teams, and resolved the issue with a great attitude. This was NOT his job, and he did it all professionally with a smile. ​Customer service like Steven’s is rare.

Mimi is a warm, consummate professional who can handle anything, events-wise, and the space is versatile for any kind of casual and convivial gathering. This place is one of my favorite “third spaces” for working when I need a change of environment from the home office (there are tables that overlook the pool), painting (I’m a huge fan of the paint and sip classes) or just hanging out. Neighbors can consider it a great resource for meals and snacks off the beach (and anytime), entertaining for occasions and even just to grab a bottle of wine or party-food supplies for friends who drop by. “Great place but horrible customer service !!! I wanted to order online and it was an issue with the website (availability and discount problems). At first they were really nice and reactive but then they just disappeared and ignored my messages ! I asked them 3 times to answer me but nothing….. I have never seen that in the US ! Really disappointing. And their answer on Google made it just worse. Although the shop is amazing, I won’t go anymore.“
