The ambiance is great. The service is exceptional. The food is so flavorful, seasoned well, and some of the best Mexican food I have had. A must try!

Frijoles Mexican Restaurant in LA offers an amazing experience with authentic Mexican food made by family in the kitchen. The staff is accommodating and very nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is great. The prices are surprisingly lower than chain restaurants. The birria tacos, chorizo fundido, and New York torta are recommended, although the juice could use more flavor. While chips and salsa are charged, the service is good and pleasant. The restaurant has undergone renovations, including a new bar seating area. Parking is easy, but can remain a challenge. Prices have increased, but the tasty food remains consistent, despite the removal of some menu favorites. They offer delicious breakfast, including the Burrito and plantains, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
