“Rabano is a great place to have lunch with freshly prepared ingredients and relatively large portions. We ordered takeout and I had the California Burro (burrito). This is probably the best California burrito I've ever had anywhere with the perfect amount of chicken breast, chipotle sauce, potato fries, oaxaca cheese, avocado, pico de gallo and huacatay crema! We also had the Uber-Cool CTPD Sandwich which has chicken breast, provolone, tomato, baby arugula, basil-cilantro pesto, roasted bell pepper and mayo. It was really great and I'll be coming back for lunch very soon.“

Drunk Cauliflower - light batter that didn't hold the cooking oil and not drenched in sauce- just enough to give it the right amount of flavor and the cauliflower were so meaty! A meal in itself!! Next was the Indian tikka masala. Flavorful land for me a little too spicy- but otherwise than that, full of deliciousness. Jasmine rice cooked to perfection and presented in the shape of a heart . “Cafe Pruvia is one of the most underrated spots in the South Bay for boba. They definitely perfected the milk teas! Although I'm not a big milk tea guy, their drinks are quite impressive. Strawberry milk tea with black tea is so refreshing but also satisfies that milk crave. If you are looking for a fruit tea, I recommend the peach green tea as it is nice and tart. They also have amazing service and are very welcoming. Not to mention, it is a perfect place to study or work, as it is always packed with college students studying on their computers. I will say, the boba pearls can be inconsistent. Some days I would go and the boba will be really small while other days they will be just right. That's their only flaw. Other than that, I highly recommend cafe pruvia if you want quality teas!“

Whether you eat in or take away, you get a choice of smoothie, milkshake, juice, or fresh water juices to accompany your meal. The peppers are a standout ingredient that you won't find at many other sandwich places. The ice cream is also good, but there's more to Mateo's than just that. If you're looking for fresh fruit to go, there's a bunch of prepared sliced fruit ready to eat, including coconut, strawberries, and mango. I'll definitely be coming back!“

They had a couple of seating areas and the noise level is pretty quiet(unless it gets busy) and their background music isn't loud. Perfect location since it's right across Lunasia(Dim Sum restaurant) Their customer service is great! They were nice and helpful. No complaints about anyone :DI usually ordered their Fresh Taro Latte or Sweet Taro Sago Latter Frappe and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend their taro drinks if you're a taro lover. Their taro drinks are artificial they don't use any powdered taro :) Can't wait to try their other drinks!“

“This is my FAVORITE smoothie bowl place in California. Saying that they are perfect is an understatement. Their fruit is beyond fresh, juicy, and sweet. Every time I visit Manhattan Beach, Paradise Bowls is a must-stop location for my friends and I. (As seen in the pictures below I've gone 3+ times and that shows how good they are). My favorite bowl here is the Peach Bum bowl, its ingredients are super well-curated and the fruits complement each other perfectly. The menu is pretty extensive and goes beyond just smoothie bowls. The prices are pretty affordable and typical for a smoothie bowl, around $10 for a size small. My photos feature the small size and there is still a pretty big portion despite its "small" labeling. The service is good, with staff being efficient. The bowls came out pretty quickly! The ambiance of the store is super cute, beachy, and has a surf shack vibe to it, perfect for the beach! The views right next to the store are extremely gorgeous featuring the Manhattan Beach coastline. This store is located close to the sand, where you can bring your bowls to picnic right next to the Pacific waves.“
