“Pressed Freeze has been my healthy alternative to ice cream ever since I got cut from the Varsity basketball team my junior year of high school and started watching what I put in my beautiful meatsuit. Turns out a diet of hot dogs, french fries, and vanilla ice cream was not very conducive to being an elite level athlete...... but I did still have some wiggle if we are being honest… I was like a Mexican Raymond Felton out there.I have been coming to this location for years after a meal at True Food, North Italia, Mendo, or Little Sister as it is a small stand in the middle of the Point.Yesterday, we came after going to Tocaya and I have never needed a palate cleanser more in my life. Idk what happened to Tocaya but they really fell off. They had such a crazy run from like 2016-2018 and then just lost their soul. Idk how else to explain it. Like a bubble TJ Warren.My order is always a large vanilla in a cup with strawberries, blueberries, sliced almonds, and the almond butter drizzle. The almond butter drizzle will actually change your life, let me inspire you.I honestly don't know if the Pressed Freezes are actually healthy though, I've never done the research. They are always suspiciously delicious. In my head, they just run their vanilla juice through a little soft serve machine and maybe add ice, possibly a little natural sweetner?At this point, ignorance is bliss. “A bit off the beaten path, but delicious acai bowls are available here. I had the chocolate dream (which comes with chocolate chips!) while my friend had the makai bowl. You pick between a regular or large size. We came here after eating sushi for lunch so we were a bit peckish, but eating the regular size brought us over the edge. There were some indoor tables available and a lot more outdoor seating. The outdoor seating was super pleasant and there was a fountain that added to a soothing environment. Free parking. Credit cards accepted. They have smoothies available as well.“

“The coffee, the environment, the baristas, the location. Offset is my favorite coffee shop. I have noticed they pick up on regulars' names and orders. The baristas are ALL good at what they do so I can always expect a Vanilla Latte to perfection. Their pastries are so delicious, super dog friendly. Their overall aesthetic is clean and modern. Parking is super easy at the El Segundo location. I highly recommend Offset to anyone near LAX or in the El Segundo area. I wish they'd migrate towards me in West Hollywood, lucky for me I work right next to it.“

“Delicious smoothies! We got the #4 Spinach, red Apple, and PB (added spirulina), and a custom smoothie with spinach, PB, banana, and cacao nips. Both had a nice smooth consistency and really tasty. Prices were decent. Location is a small hole in the wall, good for grab and go but not to chill and hang out. No parking, gotta find a spot along the street. Friendly & patient service!“

They have a nice variety of sandwiches; we’ve tried their cold sandwiches and paninis when it was available before and they were all great! All their sandwiches are customizable and the ingredients especially the bread are fresh. Delivery is on time. Great communication from placing order until the day of delivery. I’ve had a great experience working with Flavo and I’ll continue to do so. Definitely recommend this place!“

The food was flavorful. My friend ordered the namesake quesadillas, and I ordered the jackfruit tacos with mango salsa. Double the flavor - we shared our meals. Yum! “I come here to study every weekend due to the library only being open till 5. Traditional cafes in the area close at the same time, and I hate coffee anyway. This place is a great way to get my caffeine fix and be productive. The couple that runs this place is sweet and never kicks anyone out no matter how long you stay. Chips they sell are flavorful and keep you fuller for longer. I recommend the KIS Jasmine tea, gives you a nice kick comparable to a coffee. Very cute place and less pricy than Teaspoon down the street. My only complaint is that the milk teas can be watery at some times. I would also suggest there be a matcha item in the future for a tea that delivers more caffeine.“

“All there latte is are absolutely delicious. But my favorite is the black sesame seed mochi. I like to stop off here whenever I come into Koreatown, but sometimes I drive the one to two hour commute just for their drinks and work in there café. For me, it’s that good. Parking: Usually, when I go there, I’m always able to find a spot in the lot, but sometimes it’s so packed. I feel more comfortable parking on the street. I like that it’s free parking.“
